An artist and author, his birth name was Abiodun Oladewa and he was originally from the Yoruba people in Nigeria. He appears to toggle back and forth between running for President and for Mayor of New York.
Although the first word of his party was presented entirely in uppercase, it is not clear if PILGRIMS was actually an acronym. Also unexplained was his use of the word "placeholder" to describe his place in the Presidency--

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for taking the time to be here today. And thank you for your letters urging me to run for President. My answer is yes, I will run. I will campaign as a “placeholder” President and my campaign message will be summed up in three words: RebuildUSA.today.
Like my party, I embrace infrastructure update in all the 50 states. I embrace technology. I also embrace the new age of American energy – which is not going to be about oil and gas alone, but about water farming. And since our strength as a nation is in our diversity, ladies and gentlemen, I am happy to use this occasion to introduce my party – the PILGRIMS Alliance Party of America.
The Pilgrims Alliance is a progressive party made up of Veterans, Farmers, Women, Students, young Graduates, Workers and Immigrants. It is a party of Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Greens and Libertarians. Our goal is to RebuildUSA.today by applying skills developed in the military into civilian life.
The national anthem says, “freemen shall stand between their loved homes and the war’s desolation.” All in a “Heav’n rescued land” that praised “the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation! Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,.”
Ladies and gentlemen, this is persistence, perseverance and readiness to press on. This is the backbone of my campaign. If elected President, I promise you, the freeman will not need to remain chained to old ways of doing things. And as they say in Spanish, “Abracemos esta madrugada. For half a decade now, I have been advocating for the improvement of women’s education, healthcare, insurance, pension and maternity leave. Not because it is the right thing to do, but because the world around us is changing, and since the WOMAN of today is multi-tasking, then, “in the words of Mitt Romney” I’ll say, why not make issues affecting women today “the civil right issue of the future.”
Go everywhere in America today, look around you, truth is we need: Immigration reform. Christ, after all was a child immigrant. Joseph was an immigrant and a slave. If the Pharaoh was kind enough to see the good in Joseph and his brothers. Then why are we refusing to see the good in our immigrants?
We need Tax reform – so aging American farmers could benefit from sweat equity. And younger ones – getting into farming won’t have to be afraid of the effect of environmental shift on food safety and production.
If elected President, my promise to the American farmers is, I’ve got your back for the millennia and will do everything within my power to enhance biosecurity measures all over this land.
We need to upgrade our Laws – so rules and regulations affecting wages, working conditions, intellectual properties and campaign donations could catch up with technology, with economic development and with demographic changes.
And as we get serious about Education reform, we must also remember, teachers need a better environment to work. Our Police departments and Fire fighters need better equipments to carry out their duties. I will adequately fund and equip them for the millennia, neither will I pass over the need of our teachers.
Note: Veteran Affairs Office might soon be a thing of the past. Why? Because deploying technology means: less cost, no more battle fatigue, no more battle stress and no need to worry about mental state of Veterans.
Well, my view as a candidate and as someone who use to wear uniform is: as we focus on technology, then we must increase budget for Veterans’ education and skill.
As President, I will not only make available a series of special budgets to meet these needs, I will also raise the level of our special forces to that of an armed service group. Fund them like we currently do the Army, the Navy and the Air Force.
Yes, I use to work with them, so I will fund them with bias. But that is because I realize our security is only our health, it is our wealth. And how we spend it counts.
Remember, “In God is our trust. And so long as “the star-spangled banner” waves over “the land of the free and the home of the brave” then I see it as a duty to RebuildUSA.today. Draw a line to anywhere, two hundred miles out in the pacific and it becomes imperative to note the challenges of the future. If defined by trade, it is humongous. If outlined by defense and capabilities, it becomes overwhelming. Defined by size and resources, it is bigger, more capable, culturally richer, challenging and more adaptive than anything we’ve ever seen.
But let’s not forget, we share the same border. We are linked directly by land, nature and similar territorial traits – except one advantage – our modern precedence and young merit as a nation.
Like the days of the English Yeoman under Henry VIII and Elizabeth I, ours is a multi-faceted system where the bold, the best and the capable thrive – regardless of race, color and background. Ours is a system where the middle class prosper and those in the mercantile crowd are rewarded for their audacity, bravery,,creativity and the love of God and Country
We are still a young, promising and developing country. And we only have our fore fathers (the first settlers) to look up to. So, in the manner of these bold #Pilgrims, I implore all #Americans today to please join me….take a few steps back to the days before the world wars….go back to constructive American basics – all hands on the deck, as our strength becomes our diversity.
II – #Defense and #Border Security
My type of President will be one to define a strategy for the Pacific, the Pacific Americas and the Northwest passage. Why not do something uniquely American? Make territory, trade, defense, education and border security a top priority. I will focus on states like Hawaii, Washington, #California – especially #SiliconValley and start to RebuildUSAtoday around these “modern economic facilitating and efficiency” objectives – rather than have it all in #NewYork city, #WashingtonDC, the #American #Northeast and the #American #Atlantic states.
I will not only secure our borders, our territories and our gains as a nation, I will create a special budget to meet the ever changing needs of our special forces operators, our border guards and the custom and excise department. Imagine what could be achieved if our special operations group becomes an Armed group with a budget that is comparable to the Navy or the Air Force. A lot!
Now, let’s talk prototyping. My approach to critical Defense acquisition will be nothing short of “ready to go” Any presented prototype or prototypes must be functioning, ready to go and be more than durable when pushed to the limit, to be acquired. To do otherwise is to leave the public in limbo. If in doubt, then ask yourself, why is it taking more than two decades to build the F-22 or to even field the F-35? Why are these machines costing so much to field?
We need to be more than ready to meet future challenges and prototyping, is just a drop in the ocean. I have other plans for our defense and security industries.
I will propose an immediate and an unconditional exit from NATO. I will create an alternative. My choice, GRAPT (Grand Pacific Treaty) will be for one with best of American territorial interest and defense of trade and military assets in mind. With the inclusion of capable and immediate allies like the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, I will set up GRAPT (Grand Pacific Treaty) Countries like Mexico, Ecuador, Chile and Argentina are welcomed to join. Unlike NATO, GRAPT will not only protect American territorial interests, it will robustly give cover to trade routes and all military assets from within and beyond.
The old Britannia might not be ruling the waves anymore, but with respect to our Cousins’ let’s not forget, the Northwest passage is a shorter and faster route to Asia, Alaska and Russia and the Arctic and who best know these routes than the British and their Arctic outpost all over Canada. No NATO. No EU for me. The last thing we need is a re-awakened RAC, Russian-American Company or having to deal with the old Russian colonization plan for California and Hawaii of pre-independence America in our backyard.

I will increase line, boost capability and departmental reach and size of the National Security Council and the Homeland Security Department by strengthening the office of the National Security Advisor, the CIA and the office of the Defense Secretary. Streamlining the focus of the State Department after Benghazi attack is imperative, if not overdue.
III – #Education, #Culture and #Fashionable #trends
In the face of India/Asia/Russia challenge, our education system in not too far from what it was in the days of slavery. Social expectation of that time was at the level of being able to write your name, sign and maybe read a few lines. Now the demands of our immediate future is more than being able to use your phone or browse the Internet. Americans (young and old) need to be adequately equipped and educated more prepared than they are as at now.
Look at it this way: A child in one of our city schools learning about Oliver Twist for the first time, got handed the same conclusion like his forebears – that poor Oliver Twist was simply greedy and had he featured in today’s Hollywood sponsored movie, most would have psychologically sympathized with his figure as a perfect figure to sympathize with.
Meanwhile, another child, same age, in far away Andaman Island, India, learning about Oliver Twist under a mango tree was encouraged to consider time, place and circumstances before agreeing to whether Master Twist was greedy or not. The wide eyed Andaman kid, thinking Master Twist probably seven in England, Victorian age – a time when you measure anything and everything, refused to accept Oliver Twist was greedy.
“Forget about greed memsahib, I think Master Twist was just asking for what was due a child his age,” the Andaman Indian child replied.
Guess what! The Andaman Indian got a “maximum bonus” for pushing the envelop with his thinking, was made a prefect for that class for the duration of that week till another session when upstaged by another kid in the same class under the mango tree.
This is a true story, and as much as it shows the type of competition we are up against, it also reflect badly on our school system that cost billion of dollars.
We can do a lot better than this.
So, the question is do we need our teacher’s union to keep on backing the same political elites and a system that turn kids into parrot? Do we need to keep pumping up our kids with fashionable trends that are dangerous to arts, to education, to culture and to tradition? My answer is no.

For his part, 2016 was a year of foreshadowing for Mitt Romney. On Mar. 3, 2016 he delivered a speech that could be considered one of the defining documents of the Republican Never Trump Movement--
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Jason, and thank you to the Hinckley Institute. Governor Herbert, Lieutenant Governor, President, it's good to be with you today. Thank you. All right.
Now I'm -- I'm not here to announce my candidacy for office. And I'm not going to endorse a candidate today. Instead, I would like to offer my perspective on the nominating process of my party.
Back in 1964, just days before the presidential election which incidentally we lost, Ronald Reagan went on national television and challenged America, saying that it was a time for choosing. He saw two paths for America, one that embraced conservative principles, dedicated to lifting people out of poverty and helping create opportunity for all. And the other, an oppressive government that would lead America down a darker, less free path.
I'm no Ronald Reagan and this is a different moment in time, but I believe with all my heart and soul, that we face another time for choosing, one that will have profound consequences for the Republican Party, and more importantly, for our country.
I say this, in part, because of my conviction that America is poised to lead the world for another century. Our technology engines, our innovation dynamic, the ambition and skill of our people are going to propel our economy and raise the standard of living of Americans.
America will remain, as it is today, the envy of the world. You may have seen Warren Buffett. He said, and I think he's 100 percent right, that the babies being born in America today are the luckiest crop in history.
Now that doesn't mean we don't have real problems and serious challenges. We do. At home, poverty persists. And wages are stagnant. The horrific massacres of Paris and San Bernardino. The nuclear ambitions of the Iranian mullahs. The aggressions of Putin. The growing assertiveness of China and the nuclear tests of North Korea confirm that we live in troubled and dangerous times. But if we make the right choices, America's future will be even better than our past and better than our present.
On the other hand, if we make improvident choices, the bright horizon I've described will not materialize. And let me put it very plainly. If we Republicans choose Donald Trump as our nominee, the prospects for a safe and prosperous future are greatly diminished. Let me explain why I say that. First on the economy. If Donald Trump's plans were ever implemented, the country would sink into prolonged recession. A few examples. His proposed 35 percent tariff-like penalties would instigate a trade war and that would raise prices for consumers, kill our export jobs and lead entrepreneurs and businesses of all stripes to flee America.
His tax plan in combination with his refusal to reform entitlements and to honestly address spending would balloon the deficit and the national debt. So even though Donald Trump has offered very few specific economic plans, what little he has said is enough to know that he would be very bad for American workers and for American families. But you say, wait, wait, wait. Isn't he a huge business success? Doesn't he know what he's talking about?
No, he isn't and no, he doesn't.
Look, his -- his bankruptcies have crushed small businesses and the men and women who work for them. He inherited his business, he didn't create it. And whatever happened to Trump Airlines? How about Trump University? And then there's Trump Magazine and Trump Vodka and Trump Steaks and Trump Mortgage.
A business genius he is not.
Now, not every policy that Donald Trump has floated is bad, of course. He wants to repeal and replace Obamacare. He wants to bring jobs home from China and Japan. But his prescriptions to do those things are flimsy at best. At the last debate, all he could remember about his health care plan was to remove insurance boundaries between states. Successfully bringing jobs home requires serious policy and reforms that make America the place businesses want to come, want to plant and want to grow.
You can't punish business into doing what you want. Frankly, the only serious policy proposals that deal with a broad range of national challenges we confront today come from Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and John Kasich. One of these men should be our nominee.
Now I know that some people want this race to be over. They look at history and say a trend like Mr. Trump's isn't going to be stopped. Perhaps. But the rules of political history have pretty much all been shredded during this campaign.
If the other candidates can find some common ground, I believe we can nominate a person who can win the general election and who will represent the values and policies of conservatism. Given the current delegate selection process, that means that a vote for Marco Rubio in Florida and for John Kasich in Ohio and for Ted Cruz or whichever one of the other two contenders has the best chance of beating Mr. Trump in a given state. Now let me turn to national security and the safety of our homes and loved ones. Mr. Trump's bombast is already alarming our allies and fueling the enmity of our enemies. Insulting all Muslims will keep many of them from fully engaging with us in their urgent fight against ISIS, and for what purpose? Muslim terrorists would only have to lie about their religion to enter the country. And then what he said about -- on "60 Minutes." Did you hear this? It was about Syria and ISIS, and it has to go down as the most ridiculous and dangerous idea of the entire campaign season. Let ISIS take out Assad, he said, and then we can pick up the remnants. Now, think about that. Let the most dangerous terror organization the world has ever known take over an entire country?
This recklessness is recklessness in the extreme. Now Donald Trump tells us that he is very, very smart.
I'm afraid that when it comes to foreign policy he is very, very not smart.
Now I'm far from the first to conclude that Donald Trump lacks the temperament to be president. After all, this is an individual who mocked a disabled reporter, who attributed a reporter's questions to a menstrual cycle, who mocked a brilliant rival who happened to be a woman due to her appearance, who bragged about his marital affairs, and who laces his public speeches with vulgarity.
Donald Trump says he admires Vladimir Putin, at the same time he has called George W. Bush a liar. That is a twisted example of evil trumping good.
There is a dark irony in his boasts of his sexual exploits during the Vietnam War. While at the same time, John McCain, whom he has mocked, was imprisoned and tortured.
Dishonesty is Donald Trump's hallmark. He claimed that he had spoken clearly and boldly against going into Iraq. Wrong. He spoke in favor of invading Iraq. He said he saw thousands of Muslims in New Jersey celebrating 9/11. Wrong. He saw no such thing. He imagined it. He's not of the temperament of the kind of stable, thoughtful person we need as a leader. His imagination must not be married to real power.
The president of the United States has long been the leader of the free world. The president and, yes, even the nominees of the country's great parties, helped define America to billions of people around the world. All of them bear the responsibility of being an example for our children and our grandchildren. Think of Donald Trump's personal qualities. The bullying, the greed, the showing off, the misogyny, the absurd third grade theatrics.
You know, we have long referred to him as "The Donald." He's the only person in the entire country to whom we have added an article before his name, and it wasn't because he had attributes we admired.
Now imagine your children and your grandchildren acting the way he does. Would you welcome that? Haven't we seen before what happens when people in prominent positions fail the basic responsibility of honorable conduct? We have. And it always injures our families and our country.
Watch, by the way, how he responds to my speech today.
Will he talk about our policy differences? Or will he attack me with every imaginable low road insult? This may tell you what you need to know about his temperament, his stability and his suitability to be president.
Now Mr. Trump relishes any poll that reflects what he thinks of himself. But polls are also saying that he will lose to Hillary Clinton. Think about that. On Hillary Clinton's watch, the State Department, when she was guiding it and part of the Obama administration, that State Department watched as America's interests were diminished at every corner of the world. She compromised our national secrets. She dissembled to the families of the slain. And she jettisoned her most profound beliefs to gain presidential power.
For the last three decades, the Clintons have lived at the intersection of money and politics, trading their political influence to enrich their personal finances. They embody the term, "crony capitalism." It disgusts the American people and causes them to lose faith in our political process.
A person so untrustworthy and dishonest as Hillary Clinton must not become president.
Of course, a Trump nomination enables her victory. And the audio and video of the infamous Tapper-Trump exchange on the Ku Klux Klan will play 100,000 times on cable and who knows how many million times on social media. There are a number of people who claim that Mr. Trump is a con man, a fake --

Let me say that again. There's plenty of evidence that Mr. Trump is a con man, a fake. Mr. Trump has changed his positions not just over the years, but over the course of the campaign. And on the Ku Klux Klan, daily for three days in a row. We will only really know if he's a real deal or a phony if he releases his tax returns and the tape of his interview with the "New York Times." I predict that there are more bombshells in his tax returns. I predict that he doesn't give much, if anything, to the disabled and to our veterans.
I predict that he told the "New York Times" that his immigration talk is just that -- talk. And I predict that despite his promise to do so, first made over a year ago, that he will never ever release his tax returns. Never. Not the returns under audit; not even the returns that are no longer being audited. He has too much to hide. Nor will he authorize the release of the tapes that he made with the "New York Times."
If I'm right, you'll have all the proof you need to know that Donald Trump is indeed a phony. Attacking me as he surely will won't prove him any less of a phony. It's entirely in his hands to prove me wrong. All he has to do is release his back taxes like he promised he would and let us hear what he said behind closed -- doors to the "New York Times."
You know, Ronald Reagan used to quote a Scottish philosopher, who predicted that democracies and civilizations wouldn't last much longer than a couple hundred years. And John Adams wrote this, "Remember, democracy never lasts long; it soon wastes, exhausts and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide."

I believe that America has proven these dire predictions wrong for two reasons. First, we've been blessed with great presidents, with giants among us. Men of character, integrity and selflessness have led our nation from the very beginning. None were perfect. Each surely made mistakes. But in every case, they acted out of the desire to do what was right for America and for the cause of freedom.
The second reason is because we're blessed with a great people. People who at every critical moment of choosing have put the interests of the country above their own. These two things are related. Our presidents time and again have called on us to rise to the occasion. John F. Kennedy asked us to consider what we could do for our country. Lincoln drew upon the better angels of our nature to save the union.
I understand the anger Americans feel today. In the past, our presidents have channeled that anger and forged it into resolve, into endurance and high purpose, and into the will to defeat the enemies of freedom. Our anger was transformed into energy directed for good.
Mr. Trump is directing our anger for less than noble purposes. He creates scapegoats of Muslims and Mexican immigrants. He calls for the use of torture. He calls for killing the innocent children and family members of terrorists. He cheers assaults on protesters. He applauds the prospect of twisting the Constitution to limit First Amendment freedom of the press.
This is the very brand of anger that has led other nations into the abyss.
Here's what I know. Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud. His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University.
He's playing the members of the American public for suckers. He gets a free ride to the White House and all we get is a lousy hat.
His domestic policies would lead to recession. His foreign policies would make America and the world less safe. He has neither the temperament nor the judgment to be president and his personal qualities would mean that America would cease to be a shining city on a hill.
I'm convinced America has greatness ahead. And this is a time for choosing. God bless us to choose a nominee who will make that vision a reality.

It would seem Hoover began his quest for the Presidency around June, 2016, if his Facebook entries are an indicator. It is difficult to ascertain how many of his statements were made as a form of jest. Hoover expressed a desire to have the following people as his running-mate: Bernie Sanders, Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, Mark Cuban, and Mark Zuckerberg. I would be willing to leave Roe v. Wade in exchange for a national sterilization bill. All 12 year old girls would be sterilized unless they could prove they possess the Intelligence and compassion to become a mother. For the few that slip through the system, there's still the abortion option.
