The campaign:

In a handwritten letter to the FEC Dr. James Wesley Beebe of Ventura, Calif. declared he was running for President as a Democrat on Oct. 26, 2015. He included a document entitled Twelve Visions for America.

Beebe's effort did not appear to be related to the pre-existing Twelve Visions Party. In the fall of 2015 he visited Iowa and waged a low budget campaign in preparation for the Democratic caucuses. He also sent the following missive to the DNC Chair on Nov. 8, 2015--

Dear Debbie Wasserman Schultz,
As of October 26, 2015 I became an official candidate for President of the United States of America. My e mail is ikimosabebb@yahoo.com and my Web Site is www.DrBeebeforPresident.com. I believe judging by the hundreds of interactions with voters that my candidacy adds a significant dimension to the Democratic debate. Please read my 12 Visions for America on my web site. I am a third generation retired United Methodist Pastor on my mother's side I have a Jewish Rabbi named Jacobs. I would take my confirmation classes to Jewish Synagoges and would be asked why are you doing what you do and I would say I am following after a Jewish Rabbi named Jesus. I believe we are at a crucial crossroads in America and need to look to the Pacific look to the ways of peace and we can realize the vision of Jesus to overcome evil with good. There is no greater good than water. No water, no food, no security and no life. My proposal is by 2020 to have in place at least 21desalination plants and permanently end the drought in America with a pipeline of water from the Pacific Ocean. My second vision can fundamentally change the debate on guns and change the fact that over 30,000 are killed every year by guns in America. Preserving the 2nd Amendment we will issue  a star trek like phaser that every citizen of age will have to enable people to knock people out but not mass murder people. The country that sent us to the moon and back safely can perfect this. Maybe available on our phones so that we can track any abuse. We want America to prosper and to be safe once again.

       In an interview you said you are impartial as to candidates for President and I would love to have an opportunity to join in the Democratic Debate. I could fly to the CBS debate this Saturday. I understand it is late but I have been profoundly concerned that on both the Republican and Democratic side there has been no challenge  to our foreign policy of unwittingly arming both sides in conflicts and then having to bomb our own weapons.We amazingly are occupying countries and then giving them our military technology falsely thinking we can tell who is for us and who is against us. We need to stop trying to dictate the forms of government in other countries while advocating in many non violent ways for human rights and education.                                                                                         

We need to have a strategy for peace and it begins at home but can spread around the world helping the displaced people of the world. The reality is global warming will raise the sea levels and it is a brilliant practical strategy to have new fresh water lakes here in America and all over the world. I am a UCLA graduate and have a Masters Degree and Doctorate from the School of Theology at Claremont. Ralph Nader said our number l job in our lifetime is being a citizen and now we are all global citizens. We need to do smart things in America and join the BlueGreen Revolution it  will create millions of meaningful new employment opportunities. Let me join the discussion. Aloha Dr.Beebe ps. I drove 2,000 miles to Des Moines but the campaign RV broke down and the rental did as well. I'll fly this time. My grandmother's maiden name was Schultz. We may be related at least by Adam and Eve.

On Jan. 18, 2016 Beebe changed his party affiliation to Independent. On the heels of that form came another handwritten letter indicating Beebe was running under the banner of the BlueGreen Revolution Party.

"Doc Beebe," as he liked to call himself, expressed his feeling that he was politically allied with Jill Stein and the Green Party. His Facebook post for Apr. 18, 2016--

Amazing how the population of the United States is reaching a consensus. We need better candidates! Both Trump and Hillary are underwater in disapproval. Candidates like Jill Stein of the Green Party and Dr. Beebe of tthe BlueGreen Revolution Party are going to surface when the American People wake up and realize we are going off a cliff lead by those who have sold out to the greedy unpatriotic corporations and the arms merchants. Why not give the BlueGreen Revolution a chance and give the wisdom of Jesus a chance and overcome evil with good. We occupy other countries give them our weapons and then are surprised when they turn on us. Conrad once had a cartoon with a picture of Frankenstein that read Made in America. From Bin Laden we supported against Russia occupying Afganistan to BagDaddy we encouraged at Guantanamo Bay. We create these monsters and are so surprised when they turn on us and then we congratulate ourselves when we have to take them out. We create the problem because we surrender the public good to private greed. The great lie is that people in the middle east are different they are like us. People all around the world want self determination fruits and vegetables and clear clean cool medicinal water.

Our founding fathers cheered Patrick Henry who declared Give me Liberty or Give me death. We need to learn the lesson of England and have engagement in diplomacy but a policy of reliquinishment of our occupations. We are going on 21 trillion over a cliff and almost everyone except Stein and Beebe want to keep going like mindless lemmings in lock step over the cliff to 40 and 50 trillion. Stop the insanity and look to the wisdom of the Prince of Peace and overcome evil with good. Peace, Prosperity and Plentiful Pastures here and around the world. On Aug. 18, 2016 he added--

Jill Stein and the Green party cannot succeed without the Blue of the Ocean making America Green! The BlueGreen Revolution!

On a Facebook post for Aug. 25, 2016, Beebe stated: "Jill Stein will make a great Vice President!" But Stein was already-- for the second consecutive national election-- the Presidential nominee of the Green Party.

Beebe appears not have registered as a write-in in any state. Whether Stein was ever aware she a VP contender is not known.

The campaign:

The Twelve Visions Party was the political arm of a publishing business and commercial organization in Henderson, Nev. that has various names such as Integrated Management Associates (aka Neotech aka Neothink aka Neo-Tech Publishing aka The Nouveau Tech Society aka Neothink Society aka The League aka The Secret Society aka The Society of Secrets aka Newly-Forming Neo-Tech/Illuminati Societies aka The Athenian Secret Society aka Novus Tek aka Zonpower). No matter the name, this business has been the subject of scam warnings from multiple countries, journalists, ex-members, and consumer protection groups. A few have considered it a smaller version of Scientology. The leadership and faithful followers strongly deny all of these charges.

The enterprise was founded by Wallace Ward (aka Frank R. Wallace) in 1968 and borrowed heavily from the philosophy of Ayn Rand but the group since veered off into some mystical and pseudoscience beliefs that have little to do with Objectivism.

An aggressive Neothink junk mail campaign started drawing attention from the media. The letters offered an invitation into an exclusive secret society of "leading scientists, intellectuals, self-made entrepreneurs and artists, renowned actors and musicians, millionaires, professional gamblers, Casanovas, and statesmen" as well as promising "enormous wealth, love and the most phenomenal personal abilities" and how to "generate huge sums of money... without even trying" and "lose weight or eliminate addictions effortlessly and virtually overnight" and learn "how to control anyone, win any lover, and be more intelligent" and "you will be having sex with beautiful women in one week."

Ward spent some time behind bars for tax evasion before he was hit and killed by a car while jogging in 2006. His son, Wallace H. Ward, continued the business using the stage name of "Mark Hamilton." In 2009 his webpage explained the purpose of the Twelve Visions Party--

Imagine having a job that you actually loved and couldn’t wait to get to every morning. Imagine yourself having superior intelligence. Imagine having perfect health, even in old age. In a later post Hamilton wrote--

The Twelve Visions Party operates under the principles of an idea called Prime Law. The fundamentals of Prime Law include the belief that humans were meant to live happily and prosperously, and that a government is meant to facilitate its citizens’ ability to live this way by remaining honest and not using force to intimidate people.

If put in power, the Twelve Visions Party would aim to add an amendment to the US Constitution outlawing the use of initiatory force by groups, governments, and individuals. Members of the party assert that this will free mankind and promote the unrestricted growth of science, research, and business. Furthermore, Twelve Visions Party members believe that taking the politicization out of these sectors would result in an ideal society.

Presidential nominee Jill Reed of Casper, Wyo. filed with the FEC in late July 2011. Her VP and fellow Neothink follower was Thomas Cary of Landisville, Penn. Since the TVP was a young party, Reed spent part of her campaigning in helping to set up state chapters.

Reed/Cary were on the ballot in Colorado, finishing with 0.10% of the vote and placing 7th out of 17. Reed was also a registered write-in in 16 states, four of them without Cary. Oddly, both Reed and Cary were competing Presidential write-in candidates in Illinois, where Reed was given 131 votes and Cary 14.

Cary currently operates the Congregation of Inspiration apparently with Reed as a corporate partner which appears to be sort of a Neothink franchise.

Aside from running a candidate for the US Senate in Massachusetts in 2013, the Twelve Visions Party has apparently not been running anyone for public office since. In 2010 they ran a candidate for the Victorville, Calif. City Council.
