Dear Sirs;
I'm George C. Nelson,I'm a Candidate for President of the United States.I'm the Candidate of the National Veterans Freedom Party.My Vice Presidential Candidate is David Wade.We are going to be write-in Candidates.We would like to file has Candidates with the FEC,so we can have our votes counted,and make our Campaign legal.
Coverage of the Nelson/Wade ticket was rather skimpy. I did locate this unsourced snippet: "The National Veterans Freedom Party,is a political party put together,to try to change the insane policies of Mr. Bush.We are running George Nelson,a Disabled Vietnam..."
Also this was found in the classified ad section the weekly American Free Press, inexplicably published long after the election on Aug. 3, 2009--

Nelson/Wade were not registered as write-ins in any state.
