The campaign:

Russell Hirshon, a performance artist and bartender in the region of the nation's capital, began his perennial candidacy for DC Mayor and/or US President with instant press coverage. His method of electioneering was to perform flamboyant visual stunts to attract attention. In 1990 he paraded around Washington, D.C. with a flag wrapped around his waist while carrying a chain saw apparently making an environmental statement regarding old growth forests. In another caper he was suspended from a ceiling with live fish and in yet another he was a giant ice cream sundae.

For the 1992 national election he formed the Committee to Put Russell Hirshon in the Big House. His motive? "I want people to vote, to participate. If they don't vote, I might win. Maybe that'll scare them." A poster with Hirshon adorned in a loud suit and standing in a cornfield declared, "Not all presidential candidates are crazy. Just one. Russell Hirshon for President 1992."

In a Jan. 1992 report, Hirshon told the press, "You get looked upon as if you're kind of crazy. Now I'm one of the people I used to laugh at." The candidate managed to put together at least a couple 30-second TV spots that aired on local cable access. The ads included a shot of him sitting on a toilet in public, and he gave out his personal telephone number if voters wanted to ask questions.

Hirshon enjoyed some unplanned publicity in Jan. 1992 when the Bill Clinton campaign held a fund-raising event at the restaurant where he worked. Clinton's people asked that Hirshon not be present at that time. Hirshon responded, "I'm more than capable of being crazy but it's not like I'm a complete psycho."

In 1996 Hirshon filed as an Independent with the FEC under the banner of "Russell Hirshon's Committee of Thugs." He proposed settling the Bosnian wars by holding a huge party with a large open bar. In addition he promised to "blow up the Energizer bunny once and for all." In 2016 he again filed as an Independent using the organization name "Russell Hirshon's Committee to Save America" and used the slogan "Make America Sane Again."

Hirshon's website indicated he was also running for President in 2000 and 2004.

Russell Hirshon is a Performance Artist/politician who feels the most important aspect of this campaign is making a least one good thing happen from all of the insanity. With two candidates who are as different as possible, we don’t need the kind of money that has been spent to determine who to vote for. Instead we should donate to charitable organizations rather than political campaigns.

As a registered Independent candidate for President, Russell’s mission is to ask as many people as possible to give to a better cause. This means asking ourselves how we can all give to make our world a better place and it starts with us.

A History of Insanity

They say great leaders are born but I beg to differ.  I believe great leaders come from a massive ego coupled with an insatiable demand for attention, acceptance and power. Oh, there is the rare occasion where someone is actually dedicated to hope and change but it is rare and fleeting as the other megalomaniacals manage to arrest any dreamers hope.

Russell Hirshon is the least qualified individual for President.

That being said here are some things to consider:

    Russell does not want your vote
    Russell does not want your money
    Russell Hirshon likes to ride his bike whenever possible and enjoys the wind blowing in his face.
    Russell believes that all Americans should get a Master’s Degree from the School of Hard Knocks.
    Russell is waiting for an interview with Megyn Kelly, preferably at a nice restaurant and where Fox picks up the tab
    Russell likes Pina Coladas.

In all of Hirshon's campaigning throughout the years the only evidence I found thus far of any Vice-Presidential nominee is from a photo published in the Philadelphia Inquirer, Aug. 19, 1992. On the grounds outside the Republican convention in Houston, Hirshon is pictured sitting on a toilet, wearing a patriotic clown suit and reading the National Review. The caption includes: "Running mate Jennifer Wilner is in the background."

Wilner was actually identified as Hirshon's campaign manager in other sources. In the 2016 campaign she was called the campaign's press secretary. A mock investigative 2016 report was posted by Hirshon on Youtube, "Our campaign was rocked by allegations of a possible relationship between the candidate and his press secretary earlier today as an ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) reporter slips in the 'gotcha' question to our press secretary, Jennifer Wilner. Luckily the interview was abruptly stopped and the reporter escorted out of our campaign office. Our statement at this time is the following:  'We are not aware that anything improper has occurred at this time between Russell Hirshon and the press secretary and as far as we know, no text messages exist to indicate the contrary.'"

In 1992 both Hirshon and Wilner were under the Constitutionally mandated age of 35 to hold office.

Lester Ralph "Skip" Maul Jr. of Page, Ariz. filed with the FEC for President on Apr. 21, 2015 both as an Independent and as a Democrat.

Born in Denver, raised in Evergreen, educated in Public School, the Catholic Church and my fathers construction business in Lakewood. After graduating high school it was off to a career in the oil and gas well drilling industry. My domestic experience includes living / working in ND WY CO UT TX OK NE KA, CA, NM & AZ. My foreign experience includes, two years in the Amazon Basin, two years Offshore Brazil, also one year in the Karakum Desert, Turkmenistan.

Basic Outline Of Issues / Policy & SOLUTIONS

Domestic Policy
1) Strictly follow the classical understanding of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, at the same time encourage the possibility of a “Civil Constitutional Convention” to address the needs of an intelligent evolving society. For example repeal of the Electoral College and Citizens United.
2) End the war on drugs. See Health Care Reform and Criminal Justice Reform.
3) Reform of ATF, improvement of IT and implementation of Universal Background Checks for guns. Encourage State and local ordinance enforcement, safety training, education and certification. Close all “gun show loopholes”. Prohibit any advertising or internet sales of arms and ammunition. Require training certification and license for semi-automatic military assault weapons.    
4) Examine and reform of ICC, Department Of Education, DEA…
5) Examine and reform mandatory minimum sentences for non-violent offenders.
6) My stance on the Death Penalty is it should be considered mandatory for a capital offence regardless it should be left to option of convicted.
7) My stance on Federal Minimum Wage is it remain consistent with entry level pay, in my opinion it is extremely important for youth employment. If local City or State want to increase minimum wage that is their option.
8)  Job creation from implementation of Electro-Magnetic Levitation High Speed Rail and Northern Trans-Continental Fresh Water Pipeline Projects and Infrastructure repair funded by carbon / fuel tax. See Tax Reform.
9) Separation of Church and State in all aspects of individual freedom of choice concerning healthcare regardless of sex.
10) Continued R&D for alternative energy and space exploration.

Foreign Policy:
1) Discontinue military intervention in foreign countries affairs.
2) Discontinue supplying arms/munitions or equipment to any entity if there is a possibility of using them against us.
3) Only negotiate when there is something worth negotiating for.
4) Seek peace through strength, diplomacy and negotiation not recognition of fear.
5) Question major construction, for issues such as the new transoceanic, “Grand Canal”, being constructed by China in Nicaragua.
6) Acknowledge / address, climate change, global warming, overpopulation and the killing of our oceans.
7) Any trade agreement must be disclosed and offered for congressional debate, so far no “Trade Deal” has ever benefitted the labor class.
8) All countries using nuclear power not already part of the NPT or IAEA to join / conform to international reason through disclosure and inspections. This includes both weapons, reactors and production facilities.
9) Start construction of more camps and utilize wasted or unused military facilities for humanitarian refuge.

House Reform:
1) Start by following the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
2) Require a balanced budget, fiscal responsibility and full disclosure of that budget proposal, from the senate and congress.
3) Accountability and disclosure of all monies spent on staff and office supplies.
4) Transparency of lobby connections and contributions from those lobbies to be disclosed on a monthly basis directly to your constituents electronically.
5) Limits of campaigning during election years to time off with constituents.

Social Security & SSDI Reform
1) Improvement and accountability of record keeping, eliminate fraud based on Social Security ID manipulation. One SS number one person.
2) Reform SSDI, get the lawyers out of health care, allow the doctors to do their job by assessing the needs of each individual, then conforming to basic required provisions.
3) Increase cap on Social Security contributions to annual income.
4) Means test for social security retirement income benefits.
5) Leave retirement age at 65, increase allowable income for retirees that continue to work after retiring, based on means testing, taxes paid and continuing income.
6) Look into the validity and viability of the SSDI "Ticket to Work" program.

Health Care Reform:
1) Repeal & replace the ACA with Universal or “Medicare for All” based on income, this is simplified also by using Social Security number based process .there by eliminate, combine and streamline all government subsidized health care entities, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, VA PP ADAP FDA or any other acronym, middleman or affiliate that is associated with providing health care, including all prescription drug programs or allowances regardless of drugs or “tier”.
2) Veterans exempt from any cost or designation of where they receive proper health care, you should not have to live near the VA to get it.
3) Repeal of any health care law attempting to govern the morals, choices or individual rights to privacy of anyone, regardless of sex, religion or lack thereof.
4) Strict enforcement and accountability of any fraud, both individual or  provider.
5) Electronic confidential record data base, derived or based on Social Security ID, health care providers need and insurance provider information demands.
6) Reform FDA enforcement and accountability. Streamline inclusion or approval of all drugs based on need. Immediately approve marijuana for health care use including but not limited to PTSD, HIV, AIDS, Chronic Pain……
7) Acknowledgement that mental health care is as important as physical health care and make provisions to improve treatment availability nationwide.
8) Improve access to health care in rural areas by offering incentives to doctors and health care workers.

Immigration reform:
1) Pathway to citizenship, includes immediate registration of all undocumented immigrants, issuance of a Social Security Number, vetting of and amnesty for said individuals based on disclosure of status. This may also include fines and or back taxes based depending on situation.
2) Temporary work permits issued, based on disclosure of migrant worker status, including valid identification from country of origin.
3) Increased enforcement and accountability of corporations employing migrant workers based on E-Verify including criminal background checks.
4) Business tax on corporations, which includes health care insurance, that employ temporary migrant labor, based on disclosure of E-Verify and work permits of the migrant workers.
5) No more physical walls, historically walls have never worked and never will and end up keeping people in better than keeping them out. Border security should not be an immigration issue, it has not made our borders safe nor secure.
6) Citizenship status granted only after the existing through vetting process.
7) Elimination and strict prosecution of “organized corporate birthright citizenship industry”.
8) Refugee status, only to be granted after full disclosure, identification and vetting of the individual as per existing standards.

Tax Reform:
1) IRS reform, simplify tax code, end loopholes, eliminate corporate welfare and offshore banking tax shelters.
2) Modify individual deductions and allowances.
3) Tax individual capital gains the same rate as regular income.
4) Forbid companies from giving stock options to executives as part of their salary package.
5) Give tax breaks to companies that pay executives less.
6) Tax golden parachutes at a higher rate than normal salaries.
7) Stop giving tax deductions for mortgage payments on luxury homes.
8) Consumption tax on all luxury items.
9) Carbon tax 25% increase on gas/fuel from $0.18 to $0.25 per gallon except LNG.
10) Income tax, starting at 15% > $50K base salary graduating to 30% > $250K salary 35% >500K etc... maximum 45% over $1.5 M.

In Nov. 2015, the Lake Powell Life News reported, "When asked who he would select as his running mate, Maul was more than eager to tell us he would choose former Utah Governor Jon Huntsman Jr."

Huntsman, who was considered a conservative centrist and had served Presidents in both political parties as an ambassador, had previously run for the Republican Presidential nomination in 2012. Like Mitt Romney, Huntsman had strong Mormon roots and nearly ran for the US Senate in 2018 himself.

In 2016 Huntsman endorsed Trump but walked it back after the infamous Access Hollywood tape revealed the Republican nominee bragged about how his fame and wealth entitled him to physically assault any woman he wanted, "I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. ... Grab 'em by the p***y. You can do anything." Huntsman called on Trump to withdraw from the race, "In a campaign cycle that has been nothing but a race to the bottom — at such a critical moment for our nation — and with so many who have tried to be respectful of a record primary vote, the time has come for Governor Pence to lead the ticket."

At some point in 2016, Maul shifted gears and ran instead as an Independent write-in for the US Senate in Arizona ending any possibility of a Maul/Huntsman victory in the Presidential race.

The campaign:

Grand Junction, Colo. resident Bruce Lohmiller seems to have been a perennial candidate for Sheriff, Governor, Congress, Senate, and President since at least 2002.

Lohmiller ran for US President in 2012, 2016, 2020, and appears to be in the fray for 2024. So far, 2016 is the only election where I can find his name among registered write-ins.

His writing style is usually in a sort of staccato Beat poet shorthand, but I was able to locate some of his platform issues--

I participated in the Occupy Grand Junction Protest, I was trained to be one of their peace keepers. My message included better organization of the homeless" Project Deepfreeze" An Arizona program was a good example in order to better address this issue in a cost effective manner and a message regarding not starting anymore unnecessary wars, two examples would be the war in Iraq. U.N. weapon inspectors were on site and the war crimes courts could have been used to prosecute Saddam Hussein. Also, the Georgian Republic attempted invasion of two Russian Providences. This attack was unprovoked.....they shot first. The Protestor was the person of the year in Time Magazine. SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE A letter to the Cambridge Ghost Society:

Society My name is Bruce E Lohmiller  and I was born in Pueblo Colorado, I can be reached by Email at brucelohmiller@gmail.com .The supernatural experience occurred in Grand Junction, Colorado. I was staying with a friend Eva Wheeler at her apartment on W. Kennedy Avenue I walked into my bedroom and witnessed a Gold female apparition seated on the laundry hamper, there were thousands of spot of light moving in bands that composed the figure. I looked toward the window and saw several  Japanese Zero's flying around the window. I lay down and closed my eyes and saw an image of a young woman skating in an oval rink. I stood up and saw two frames the first from right to left was animated with the same young woman's head taking a bow, the second was also animated with the same young woman standing in front of an open grave wringing her hands, she left the frame and the grave filled it's self in and a blurred image came out of the grave. This was followed by the word "Kayos" and a bump on the chest by a wind in a closed room and a black visual disruption (a circle). This concluded the experience, it occurred the night of the North ridge California earth quake. I have two Questions regarding this experience. I met the young woman in Santa Monica, California we were working on a case, I was wittiness in the case and it was followed by a court order. A memo from the chief of police ( he passed on ) filed it as false and perjury, 11/5/1998 G.J.P.D. Was this a forewarning, also the Zeros and the skating rink, this was the method of the attack on New York and the skating rink was similar to the rink in Rockefeller Plaza. I medically documented the experience at the V.M.A.C. with both Mr. Finley, my P.A. and Chief R. France of Psy Services. Dr. France explained " that a supernatural experience (A Vision) is not normally considered a mental condition" I had a note from Ms. Scissiors a attorney requesting that the young women be polygraph in regard to the court order and told him I was going to seek employment with "Project Star gate" The C.I.A. Para normal unit. The case has also been exposed in The Fruita Times of Fruita Colorado ( a Senate Press Release From Andrew Calicimo of Sen. Allards Office) "unjustly accused" A Minister, Rev. D. Wilkie (U.C.C.) researched the seal and the injustice and found a letter from a religious teacher that related it to the "Book of Revelation" chapter 20 verse 3 and 4, I sent a presentation to the Israel Museum In Jerusalem, Israel "A supernatural Experience". Although on Feb. 6, 2016 Lohmiller expressed a desire to have Pat Paulsen as his running-mate (perhaps unaware the comedian had died in 1997), his official VP was J.R. Smith, a fellow resident of Grand Junction, Colo. who was also a talented painter, sculptor, poet and writer. Smith's Facebook, filled with progressive memes, indicated a strong anti-Trump stance made all the more interesting by Smith's religious educational background (Intermountain Bible College, Pacific Christian College).

The campaign:

Lloyd Kelso, an attorney, pastor, and Christian counselor of Gastonia, N.C. filed as a Democrat for President with FEC on May 5, 2015. John Fitzgerald Johnson (aka Grandmaster Jay) of Cincinnati filed with the FEC as an Independent for President on Aug. 23, 2015. At some point Johnson became Kelso's running-mate, or so it seems.

Kelso initially ran in the Democratic primaries and was even presented as a choice on the New Hampshire ballot. His campaign cost was in the $100,000 neighborhood. After failing to obtain the nomination, he continued his quest beyond the Democratic establishment. His platform could be characterized as being conservative Democrat, and his electioneering t-shirts included a large crucifix. His campaign website included an autobiography--

His dad became an auto mechanic and his mother worked in the mills. They wanted the best for their son, so they encouraged Lloyd to study hard, obtain a good education and become an attorney. When Lloyd was a child, he helped his dad work on Volkswagens in his dad's garage. Lloyd says that he remembers many times that he did not have food to eat as a child. On those occasions, his mother would take him to his grandmother's house to eat. At age 14, Lloyd started working at a salary of $20 each week in his dad's Volkswagen garage. Lloyd says he learned a thing or two about what it is like to be poor and to struggle for low wages to make ends meet.

Lloyd's mother worked for several mills in the Gastonia, North Carolina before obtaining a job at Homelite Chain Saws. After 30 years of service for Homelite, she retired. For all of her service, she continues to received a retirement check of $200 each month. At her retirement in 1986, that would buy quite a bit, but today, it hardly covers a week of medicine. His mother only receives about $800 each month in Social Security benefits. She was for the most part a minimum wage worker her whole life. So Lloyd understands the importance of Social Security and Medicare benefits for our seniors.

Lloyd Kelso's parents assisted with the cost of his education at Erskine College, but the biggest part of this education was paid for through Lloyd working part-time and scholarships. His work included running the school projectors and video taping ministry students. When admitted to law school he worked as an intern for a professor and part-time for various law firms doing research. Lloyd says it was a stuggle working to earn the money necessary for his education and for supporting his family, but he made it through school without owing any student loans.

His first job as an attorney paid $175 a week. Lloyd remembers that it was hard to pay the bills and support a wife and two children on that income. After opening his own law office in 1978, it continued to be a struggle to pay the bills. Lloyd worked long hours to build a successful law practice. In spite of his economic circumstances, Lloyd took appointed indigent cases and represented many people for free. He has represented hundreds of people in his career who have had no money to pay a fee. Lloyd took many of these cases on the chance that he could recover some money for them that would help to pay his fee, and when he would lose, there would be no fee. He continues to take many cases on a contingent fee basis today. So Lloyd understands the plight of people trying to make it in America without money to hire a lawyer.

In 2008, Lloyd's dad died. His mother is now 90  and she lives in assisted living in Gastonia, North Carolina. Lloyd and his wife, Debra, take his mother to all of her doctor's appointments and buy her medicines. His mother needs approximately a $2,000 more each month than she has in income. Lloyd and Debra continue to work to support her. Now, at age 65, Lloyd has delayed signing up for Social Security so as not to overburden the system. Lloyd says, "I hate to be a drain on a system that needs fixing to keep providing benefits to the seniors like my mom who really need it." He says it is a shame that seniors must worry about whether the Congress will continue to support them with a monthly benefit when they have worked hard and paid into the system for many years.

In his practice Lloyd sees many people struggling to make ends meet during times of personal injury or divorce. His wife, Debra, has three grown boys from her first marriage. Lloyd has a son and daughter from his first marriage. Lloyd and Debra have been married for 21 years, and together that have 12 grandchildren counting the steps. Debra worked as a paralegal in Lloyd's office for over 20 years. She holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal and a Master's Degree in Theological Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Debra is also a person that grew up in a low income home. In fact, Debra grew up in a trailer park with a father that she feared. They had very low income and struggled to find food. Debra says, "Lloyd and I see what is going on in America and it breaks our hearts. The rich keep getting richer and the poor keep spiraling down. We have both tried to help the homeless and the foster kids." So Lloyd and Debra have been poor, helped the poor, and spent much of their lives helping those who lack economic means to help themselves.

Can We Play the Trump Card?
There seems to be a lot of excitement about Donald Trump in the Republican Party. Their excitement excites me as well, but for a different reason. I feel confident that the evangelical Christians will not support Trump. He has admitted he has never sought God's forgiveness for his sins, and he has operated gambling operations where he made much of his money. Without the Christian base, any Republican candidate, even with the money of Trump, has no chance of defeating the Democratic nominee. But it also opens the door for Christians who have become disgruntled with the Republican Party to cross over and vote for me as a Christian Democrat. I had hoped they would cross over because of their disdain for Clinton and vote for me as an anti-Hillary vote. But now Trump adds fuel to that fire. I am meeting with a number of Christian pastors to discuss this issue and hopefully the outcome will be a shift from the Republicans to me as a moderate Christian Democrat. Certainly creates an interesting scenario and one I did not expect that may help our campaign!

I am not being judgmental. I realize that all of us have some degree of healthy narcissism. But some political candidates seem to have an over abundance of it. Consider the symptoms:
Many experts use the criteria in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), published by the American Psychiatric Association, to diagnose mental conditions.
DSM-5 criteria for narcissistic personality disorder include these features:
Having an exaggerated sense of self-importance
Expecting to be recognized as superior even without achievements that warrant it
Exaggerating your achievements and talents
Being preoccupied with fantasies about success, power, brilliance, beauty or the perfect mate
Believing that you are superior and can only be understood by or associate with equally special people
Requiring constant admiration
Having a sense of entitlement
Expecting special favors and unquestioning compliance with your expectations
Taking advantage of others to get what you want
Having an inability or unwillingness to recognize the needs and feelings of others
Being envious of others and believing others envy you
Behaving in an arrogant or haughty manner
Although some features of narcissistic personality disorder may seem like having confidence, it's not the same. Narcissistic personality disorder crosses the border of healthy confidence into thinking so highly of yourself that you put yourself on a pedestal and value yourself more than you value others.

There is something very fishy about this election! Appears the Democrats have persuaded an actor that they knew would be easy to beat to run as a Republican and defeat their candidates using a canned slogan "I'm going to make America great again!" Once he won the Republican nomination he has done nothing but step on his .... in order to help Hillary Clinton obtain a commanding lead! Of course Hillary Clinton was preselected by the Democrats and their party would allow no one to compete in the Democratic primaries that could be any competition to her! Vote for an independent or write-in Lloyd Kelso for president! Let them know you protest this election which has been rigged from the get go!

Vice-President nominee Johnson has an air of mystery surrounding his early origins. He would later become more well-known, but in 2016 he was still obscure, in spite of the "millionaire" claim Kelso used to describe his Veep. Although dates and places vary, my best guess would be that Johnson was born Dec. 1, 1963 in Virginia and had a spotty career in the US Army and later made a go at being a hip-hop DJ in civilian life. Although he later eschewed the movement, he was politically active with the Blacks Lives Matter cause around the same time he declared his Presidential ambitions. Although details remain obscure, he was alleged to be an ordained minister of some kind.

Exactly how Kelso and Johnson hooked up to create a ticket remains a little foggy.

Not all of Johnson's online electioneering sites have remained, but from what I can see he continued to run for President while at the same time also running for Vice-President with Kelso. Some of Johnson's videos include images of Kelso, and a few times the name of the latter actually shows up but in a subordinate typography as if the ticket was actually Johnson/Kelso rather than Kelso/Johnson. The relationship was never clearly spelled out on Johnson's side.

Johnson's 2016 "Only We Can Fix This" platform was more liberal than Kelso's and seemed to mirror the Democratic Socialists to a great degree--

RACE RELATIONS
The United States of America has become polarized and paralyzed at it's core because of it's unwillingness to address the cancer of institutionalized racism that has inhabited this nation since its birth. This cancer manifests itself in multiple ways affecting critical functions of this nation ranging from law enforcement to employment. It keeps a nation that decrees itself to be United from becoming anything but. We must not allow the very thing that makes this nation great tear us apart and that is our diversity! We must begin the process of identifying and eliminating these practices no matter where they are in order for this nation to truly evolve and remain the example for the world to follow.

POLICE REFORM
The citizens of this nation deserve only the finest organizations empowered to serve them and uphold and enforce the laws of the land. Once the confidence in this organization is shaken or has its integrity constantly questioned then the need arises for a nationwide examination and reformation of said organization. The law enforcement community of the United States has found itself in such a position. A position that has been illuminated on the worldwide stage as of late. A position that has driven a wedge between those in authority and those who must obey that authority irregardless of skin color.

I believe we must undertake this task by taking the following steps:

    Making it mandatory that all law enforcement officers are required to wear body cameras that cannot be turned off nor have recorded content altered.

    The establishment of a Federal Special Prosecutor Division that receives all cases nationwide that specifically involves the use of deadly force against an unarmed citizen by an officer of the law.

    Requiring such substantiated cases be classified as Federal crimes and be subsequently tried in Federal Court.

    Requiring mandatory annual training of all law enforcement officials in the proper use of de-escalation of force vs. escalation of force and the implementation of a reformed training program for encountering the mentally ill and racial diversity.

    The establishment of Civilian Review Boards in every city with oversight of policing practices, recruiting, and citizen complaint resolutions.

    Implementation of alternative revenue generating methods in those cities identified as utilizing policing to generate revenue disproportionately from minorities.

VETERANS
The greatest gift that any citizen of this country can give is their life in defending it. Providing the blanket of freedom that we live, move, and have our being under is a task worthy of our highest admiration and support. Yet we live in a country today where the veterans of our great military are neglected and allowed to fall off the socialogical radar, often relegated to the lowest living standards of our society. This is an insult to them for their service. We must examine, improve, and implement systems that provide for the transition ans sustainment of these warriors as they return to take their righful places in our society.

IMMIGRATION
The United States of America is comprised of millions of citizens who have either immigrated here or are the descendants of immigrants here with the exception of those descendant of The Slave Trade. While there have been laws and procedures in place for years to faciltate granting citzenship to those wishing to become a part of this great nation, it has found itself inundated by over 12 million people who have circumvented this system. However the vast majority of these people are hard working productive individuals who came to this nation to escape the grinding poverty of their former homes. Unfortunately a vast number of these people create a huge drain on the resources needed to sustain this country if they are not legally contributing to the lifeblood revenue that allows this country to function: taxes.

    I believe the United States should not seek to deport this demographic but should rather implement a program and a policy to identify and assimilate these people into the tax system.

    Those who are identified as unable to become assimilated due to a deisire for extradition by their parent country due to criminal activity should be deported immediately and then allowed to return through normal immigration procedures.

    As a sovereign nation The United States is entitled to protect and repel any entity that attempts to encroach on its borders. I believe that we should strenghten our borders throught the use of advanced technology and rapid response resources to keep our country secure and free from those who attempt to enter it illegally.

    Authorize and increase funding for legal representation to guest workers who have been abused by their employers.

    Require employers to reimburse guest workers for housing, transportation expenses and workers’ compensation.

    Increase wages for temporary legal guest workers.

    Rewrite trade policies such as NAFTA and CAFTA.

TAX REFORM
The United States of America is the richest country on Earth. Yet we have citzens in this country who suffer from poverty that rivals some Third World countries. While we should be proud of our ability to grow rich in a capitalistic society, we cannot become consumed by greed to the point where we ignore those who have progressed as far in this system. The tax system of the United States is the key to ensuring that there are resources to provide us all an even footing. Therefore as President I would enact the following:

    Require the wealthy and large corporations pay their fair share in taxes.

    Outlaw the practice of corporations from shifting their profits and jobs overseas to avoid paying U.S. income taxes.

    Implement an estate tax on the top 0.3 percent of Americans who inherit more than $3.5 million.

    Increasing the federal minimum wage from $7.25 to $15 an hour by 2020.

    Implementing tax breaks for those companies hiring Americans to work  on projects rebuilding our crumbling roads, bridges, railways, airports, public transit systems, ports, dams, wastewater plants, and other infrastructure needs.

    Reversing NAFTA, CAFTA, and PNTR

    Taxing all American companies that import their products made overseas.

    Increasing taxes on all foreign companies manufacturing their good inside the United States to avoid import taxes.

    Creating 5 million jobs for young Americans by investing $5.5 billion in a national youth jobs program.

    Capping tuition free at public colleges and universities throughout America.

    Granting tax emptions to those public colleges that offer free tuition.

    Expanding Social Security by lifting the cap on taxable income above $250,000.

    Guaranteeing healthcare as a right of citizenship by enacting a Medicare for all single-payer healthcare system.

GENDER INEQUALITY
Denying women control over their own bodies, preventing access to vital medical and social services, and blocking equal pay for equal work are all social crimes that America has been guilty of for years. Today those attacks are more obvious than ever. This area in our social fabric needs to be mended. As President I would:
    
    Expand funding for Planned Parenthood, the Title X family planning program, and other initiatives that protect women’s health, access to contraception, and the availability of a safe and legal abortion.

    Enact a comprehensive plan to make high-quality childcare and Pre-K available to every American, regardless of income.

    Close the wage gap for the women who make up two-thirds of all minimum wage workers by increasing the minimum wage to $18 an hour.

    Require employers to provide at least 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave.

    Require all employers to provide at least two weeks of paid vacation.

    Require employers to provide at least one week of paid sick leave for women to care for their sick children.

    Increase funding for the WIC program that provides nutrition assistance to pregnant mothers, women, and infants ensuring that every low-income mother and her children receive the nutrition they need to live healthy lives.

    Expand Social Security benefits and increase cost-of-living-adjustments to keep up with rising medical and prescription drug costs; and expand the minimum Social Security benefit

LGBT EQUAL RIGHTS
I believe one of the greatest liberties we have in this great nation of ours is the right to be whoever you choose to be, worship however you desire, and express yourself without fear of retribution. In past years this liberty has been afforded based on race, religion, sex, nationality, and disability. However the LBGT community has been forced to live in the shadows and has been denied this fundamental right. In many states, it is still legal to fire someone for being gay. It is legal to deny someone housing for being transgender. This is unacceptable and must change. We must end discrimination in all forms. As President I would sign into Law:

    The Equality Act, the Every Child Deserves a Family Act, and any bill sent to me that prohibits discrimination against LGBT people shall be signed.

    Ensure LGBT Americans have access to comprehensive health insurance which provides appropriate coverage and make it illegal for providers to discriminate against LGBT.

    Require police departments to adopt policies to ensure non-discrimatory interactions with transgender people and institute training programs to promote compliance with fair policies.

    Bar discrimination against LGBT people by creditors and banks so that people will not be unfairly denied mortgages, credit cards, or student loans.

    Veto any legislation that purports to “protect” religious liberty at the expense of others’ rights.

Although Kelso claimed on July 19, 2016 to be "on 40 state Presidential ballots!" I can find no evidence of that or that he was even a registered write-in candidate in any state. Some news organizations claim that Johnson was on the ballot in 47 states. Again, it must have been in invisible ink.

Shortly after the election, Kelso summed up his campaign in a couple posts--

Last year I did a post about when you run for president of the United States you truly find out who your friends are. When I began my run in April 2015 I had the support of family and many friends. As the campaign proceeded, one of the casualties became my 22 year marriage to Debra Kelso and several members of my own family. Debra and I separated in March 2016 and we have remained friends. I went on to finish out the campaign. I'm not a quitter even when everyone around me fails to support me. And that's really all I've got to say about that.

A lot of folks have laughed at my campaign and the campaigns of some 25 other independent Democrats who were on some ballots in various states. At the end of the day Hillary Clinton only attracted 91% of votes from Democrats. The remaining 9% voted for Trump or independents such as myself. What if Hillary had received that 9%? She would be president elect of the United States! So who says my campaign and other independents like myself made no difference? Why has the main stream media ignored this independent candidate effect? Because no one in the Democratic Party establishment wants to admit an independent cost them the 2016 presidential election!

Samuel L. Hurt, aka Levi Chevarim Hurt, was a Pittsburgh-based associate rabbi for the Church of God and Saints of Christ, a religion categorized as belonging to the Black Hebrew Israelites.

Hurt developed a pattern, starting with his 2012 Presidential campaign and after, of thinking out loud when it came to running-mates and trying different combinations before settling on a choice. Using social media as his main method of campaigning, tracking his tickets can be challenging. For 2016, he selected former California Governor Schwarzenegger a day before the election.

Hurt registered with the FEC for President as a write-in on Aug. 21, 2015 but he had been running as early as Mar. 2015.

I will only use our troops when our National Security is threatened by any force, domestic or foreign. During peace time, the troops will be used for natural disasters and emergencies
Environment
We must put strong measures in place to off set climate change. Replacing fossil fuels, using alternative energy sources, cutting down on carbon. Putting strict regulations in place to force the oil companies to limit off shore drilling and fix the leaking valves on the ocean floor and cleaning our water ways. Increased manufacture of hybrid vehicles cutting down on gasoline and oil emissions (same from state to state). Eliminate fracking in America polluting our water and soil
Food and Drug Administration
Stop GMO from being placed in the food! Total elimination of GMO's in America
Economy
The only true way to stimulate Job growth is through new business development, increased manufacturing, in disadvantaged neighborhoods providing Jobs. Regulate Wall Street, lowering the interest rates setup by the Federal Reserve, elimination of Predatory Lending practices which charges high and excessive rates of interest and charges
Student Loans
College must be free in America. To date, college loans are the biggest asset providing money to the government. As many students complete their curriculum, obtaining a degree, many are unable to find work in their fields, If they do, they are paid mediocre wages that stagnate their potential to repay the loans! Causing many to default on the loans, giving them bad credit, once done, they are placed in a dilemma, unable to pay other bills, unable to move out from their parents, unable to afford an apartment or buy a house or automobile. I will set in place, a Student Forgiveness program allowing those who are facing Hardships to be relieved of the debt
Minimum Wage
I will set in place across the board a federal Living Wage w/ cost of living increases
State Lotteries and Casino's
Incorporate taxes to help offset Real Estate Taxes, College Tuitions, providing money to States, Schools, and Colleges
School Breakfast and Lunch Programs
Replace junk food with good whole foods, full of nutrition, curving obesity
Real Estate
A fair standard price for apartments, condo's and houses, based on square footage
Affordable Health Care
Incorporate dental care and eye care into the Affordable Care Act
Uniform Laws State to State
Different Laws exist from state to state. There must be a uniform code applying to every state.

 Protecting our Environment, Executive Order (1) Elimination of the Minimum Wage by Replacing it with A Living Wage to Start at $15 an Hour,
 Job Creation New Business Startups (free startup grants), Expanding Existing Business (low interest loans), No Outsourcing of Jobs (keeping Jobs in America), Forgiveness of Student Debt (Free College for all), Removal of our Soldiers from Iraq, Afghanistan, and other countries (letting American Corporations provide their own security),
 Executive Order (2) New Comprehensive Immigration Bill (making all Immigrants having children born in the United States citizens),
 Executive Order (3)) Lower the Interest Rates on Credit Cards,
 Executive Order (4) Searching Out and Prosecution for all Lending Institutions having High Interest Percentages (and not applying payments to the Principle Amounts while preying on the low and disadvantaged citizens throughout America making Predatory Lending Illegal under the RICO ACT),
 Executive Order (5) Strong Prosecution, Fines and Imprisonment for any Spewing Hateful Language and Acts toward people of another race or gender
 Executive Order (6) Elimination of GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms in our food banning and prohibiting Monsanto's from selling these products which are attributed to cancer and other Ailments opening the door for new studies and possible Litigation for the many affected by the use of GMO's in our Food Supplies
 Executive Order (7) The Creation of A Revolving Fund for Afro Americans Descendant of the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade with Monetary Award to Individuals to be spent as they deem necessary,
 Executive Order (😎 Making it illegal for Schools and Colleges to teach Children about Homosexual Life Styles and Banning Hollywood from having or showing on TV promoting The Life Style,
 Executive Order (9) Stopping Oil Companies from Drilling in Antarctica and forcing them to maintain all the thousands leaking valves throughout the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans Inclusive of Heavy Fines and Compensation to the Many Affected,
 Executive Order (10) The return to Our Father putting the Ten Commandments on the Wall in all The Private and Public Schools, Colleges and Universities Incl. teaching Biblical Principles in grades 1-8,
Once elected, the aforementioned are just a few of the things you can expect from me. In order to move America forward out of the pit of despair that five member Justice's of The Supreme Court ruled regarding Same Sex marriage, Know that I intend, along with other Good Moral Minded Bible Loving People of all Denominations will create A Petition to be placed on the 2016 or 2017 Ballot, and a Poll Conducted in our High Schools (through grades 9-12) letting all America's Students and Voters decide whether they wish to have Homosexuality be legal in America; opposing The Commandments of Our Father!

My Latino Brothers and Sisters, all Immigrants, don't worry about Donald Trump! He and his bigoted followers will be defeated in 2016! The Majority of Americans, the many of us whose parents, grand parents, and great grand parents were immigrants, we would not be citizens today! Spread the word, tell it to all, change is coming in America:  I will in my first three months sign a Comprehensive Immigration Act, allowing the many who have been deported, separated from children, residing in America, reuniting them! Trump is a Bigot, and the many others supporting him are covert racists! If we aren't descendant of Native Americans, we all are immigrants! Trump is an out right racist, what he really wants is a race war! We mustn't allow him or any following him feed into this frenzy! His style of politics is dangerous to America

My fellow Americans, we all are in the boat together! We all are facing hardships brought on by uncaring self aggrandizing politicians driven by greed! All the problems in America can be attributed to many in Congress and the Senate, the Supreme Court, our past and current Presidents! Since President Obama became President, the deficit now is approx.: 19 trillion dollars, austerity has increased worldwide, many innocents have died from military actions, poverty has increased (gap between the poor and rich widens with the wealth of the 1% equaling that of the 99%), the month of July is the hottest in the history of the world as result of climate change and our President allows Shell Oil to drill in the Arctic speaking with a fork tongue, immorality is the new order allowing sin to become more pervasive in America, racism on the rise in America, etc. America is in a bad way! We need G_D to intervene, and the only way He will is if we acknowledge Him by honoring His Commandments! Having put our faith in corrupt individuals in Government, electing politicians who have their own vested interests, not the interest of the American people! Basic values are being compromised and set aside through political maneuvering, instating laws in opposition to life preservation. Destroying our environment, corrupting the morals of people, and it's all been for profit and lust for flesh!
If you allow me to become America's next President, I will prosecute corrupt politicians, judges, corporate heads, inside traders on wall street, non profit organizations receiving federal funds not going to where they are intended, Lastly, I will bring prayer back into the Public School System making it mandatory!
In order to make America a prosperous nation, we must move in a positive direction, doing what is right and acceptable to our Creator!
With the Current decision made by the Supreme Court on same sex marriage, clearly, Church and state has been violated! The Justices overstepped their boundaries placing State over Church! Once elected, I will have a Referendum placed on the ballot allowing Americans to overturn this ruling instating marriage the way G_D intended it to be!

The race is not over, I will not concede until every Write in vote is counted and accounted for. I will be contesting this election. The whole process is Rigged for the Elite. Hillary will win, because she was selected, and all the hype in voting is just to make you think you're a participate in the process.

Schwarzenegger probably never knew he was a VP for an Independent Democrat. In 2011 the former governor had rebooted his acting career and in 2016 was filming Killing Gunther. He had also taken over Trump's position as host of the television program Celebrity Apprentice. Schwarzenegger's very public troubled marriage with Maria Shriver was nearing an end and made tabloid headlines.

Considered one of those rarest of political creatures-- a moderate to liberal Republican-- Schwarzenegger endorsed Gov. John Kasich during the primary season. After Kasich dropped out, Schwarzenegger said he would not vote for Trump--

It appears Hurt did not register as an official write-in in any state. Schwarzenegger's birth in Austria as a non-USA citizen would have been a major Constitutional obstacle in the event of their victory. Hurt would run again in 2020.
