The campaign:
Billy "Future Race Conscious White Mister President" Roper of Russellville, Ark. founded the group White Revolution in 2002 after being purged from the neo-Nazi National Alliance. The vision of leading a unified racist effort fizzled and White Revolution was dismantled in 2011. Meanwhile, Roper had started another entity, the Nationalist Party of America and had run for Governor of Arkansas under that banner in 2010. He had also shifted to the Christian Identity movement as well as the KKK via Thomas Robb's Knights Party.
Roper ran for President for the 2012 election. The NPA platform included the following. Of particular interest is the section on military service--
--Abolition of the Internal Revenue Service, the Income Tax, and all Property Taxes. We support the creation of a national sales tax of 23% to fund the federal government.
--A 10-year moratorium on all legal immigration at a level below 250,000 per year.
--A 2000-mile double-line electric fence and barricade wall between the United States and Mexico, delineating a patrolled frontier zone occupied by U.S. military forces.
--A federally legislated end to all social welfare benefits for illegal aliens, except for emergency medical services.
--A crackdown on major businesses that chronically hire illegal aliens and the elimination of deductibility for all wages paid to illegals.
--A federal law to restate the true meaning of the 14th Amendment through inclusion of a clause limiting natural born citizenship to the children of legal U.S. citizens.
--A policy allowing legal immigrants to bring in only spouses and minor dependent children to the United States.
--An end to dual citizenship in the United States and any other country.
--A deportation program beginning with all aliens convicted of felonies and every gang member who is not a citizen of the United States, and continuing with all aliens who are in the United States illegally.
--Citizenship
Full citizenship, including the right to vote, will be granted only to those who complete four years of armed forces or Home Guard service from the age of eighteen to twenty-two. Upon completion of the National Service requirement, all citizens are considered members of the standing militia.
--Military
No male can enlist in any combat or combat-related duty in the armed forces of the United States unless he has a son to carry on his name. Further, no females can enlist in the armed forces but as nurses, doctors, or other non-combat related roles. Homosexuals and non-citizens will be prohibited from serving in the military. The Home Guard, similar in duty to the National Guard, but not deployable overseas, may include males without male offspring. Home Guard service will also satisfy National Service citizenship requirements, and rank may be transferred to the regular armed forces if and when a male heir is born.
--Traditional Values
Marriage will be defined as the legal union and partnership of a man and a woman. Domestic partnerships between homosexuals will not be recognized by law.
--Monetary Policy
The United States dollar will return to the gold standard, rather than existing as fiat currency. The Federal Reserve, currently a private banking and lending institution, will be nationalized and regulated according to our nation's best interests. Unsecured lines of credit, such as credit cards issued by banks, will be legally limited to interest rates not to exceed double the interest rates of secured lines of credit offered by the same institutions. Usury, the practice of charging exorbitant interest rates or fees on monetary loans, will become a criminal offense.
--World Government.
The Nationalist Party opposes United States membership in any organization which in any way infringes on the sovereignty of the United States and its citizens.
--Foreign Trade.
The Nationalist Party is for cutting off all trade, aid and "recognition" of a state which denies its citizens the right to leave and take their property with them.
--Second Amendment
The Nationalist Party shall strongly support the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution. America is one of the few nations on earth with the right to keep and bear arms. That right is largely responsible for our independence and sovereignty. Our enemies envy us our success and would deny it so that we become reduced to their level. We wholeheartedly support 2nd Amendment rights as guaranteed by the United States Constitution and as given to us by Almighty God. We hold this to be an individual's right. No law is legitimate that restricts this right. In keeping with this belief, we will call for repeal of all Federal Gun legislation and nullification of all state laws that are not in accordance with an individual's Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. As a foundation block of the Constitution, it is imperative this freedom remain unhindered so our liberty and independence remain unfettered. The Nationalist Party must actively work to impeach any politician or judge who would deny the Second amendment since he is not upholding his oath "…to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States," and would allow the tyranny of government to prevail. The Second Amendment is the ultimate persuader against a politician or party intent upon domestic mischief or skullduggery.
Needless to say Roper was on the radar of the Southern Poverty Law Center, who gathered together some quotes clarifying Roper's positions--
"Every non-White on the planet has to become extinct. We need to remove these minor-league amateur races out of the game, and refine the playoff brackets a bit, if you get my meaning. The whole world is ours, and the only part of the earth that non-Whites should inherit is however much it requires to cover them."

"I'm a biological racist. I'd rather have the entire species become extinct except for one white boy and one white girl who were raised by a pack of wild wolves, than our race go under and the world [be] inherited by Asians and mulattos who can play the classical violin and recite Shakespeare."

During the course of the campaign Roper had unsuccessfully sought the nomination of the Boston Tea Party.
At some point in 2012 Roper suspended his campaign and endorsed Merlin Miller of the American Third Position.
In Dec. 2015 Roper joined forces with Paul Mullet of Bainbridge, Ohio to form Divine Truth Ministries, where Roper said they would be "carrying forward the ideals and values of Aryan Nations under a new banner." The SPLC quoted the group's mission as-- "to establish a new Republic of the United Aryan States, for our racial brothers and sisters in the current Mongrelized United States of America," and "(To deprogram) [sic] and reinstall our Racial culture, heritage, pride and destiny of our White Race."
Around that same time, Roper shared his view of the Trump campaign in an interview with The Saturnalian--
My views on Donald Trump’s campaign are similar to those espoused by Bob Whitaker when he was asked the same question in the Independent Political Report article. To wit, I don’t think that Trump is legitimately any kind of Jacksonian populist as he presents himself to be. It is fascinating that he has transferred celebrity status into political prowess through using the media attention his admittedly masterful hyperbolic statements demand. His appeals to the third of the Republican base at the working class White grassroots is cynical, but effective. What I find most interesting about his campaign is the way that it has forced (not in a vacuum as the simultaneous abdication of the establishment in the Senate leadership) the donor class of the GOP into impotency…and not because of the deep pockets that he’s famous for, but rather by using the way that the old boy network turned over the reins of the party apparatus to superPAC funding. That’s ironic. What coverage he hasn’t been given gratis has been paid for through voluntary small donor funding from his base. I think that, with the last two full cycle elections demonstrating the loss of the electoral majority by Whites in this country, none of us would have anticipated that a national candidate espousing some views as far to the right as his resonate would have gained this much traction. So, despite his obvious insincerity, his campaign has brought to the forefront the immigration debate once again, and given an outlet, steam pressure release valve safety though it might be, to a portion of the electorate which had frankly felt itself becoming disenfranchised. And speaking to that, perhaps the establishment knows that they benefit from keeping the increasingly disgruntled descendants of those who founded this nation to secure the blessings of liberty for them, and not the descendants of Asia or Africa or Mexico or, God forbid, Syria, involved in the electoral process, rather than marginalizing them into accepting the 1775 alternative to the ballot box. One might even say that there is a strong anti-establishment meme from both ends against the middle. I could see some Sanders supporters finding common ground on economic issues with Trump voters, for example. I’m still not sure that Trump will be the Republican nominee. Who else but Donald might make Cruz seem palatable by comparison to the desperate GOP establishment? But his campaign has shifted the dialectic to the right for the portion of the party who had almost despaired, believing that if elections could still change anything, they would have already been made illegal. Depending on whether one believes that multiracial democracy can fly or that it must fall, that is either a glimmer of hope, or the greatest of disservices. We’ll see next year, I reckon.
In July 2016, Roper revealed a secret about his past--
I have a confession to make. When I was an undergrad, I was in College Republicans. I even sunk so low as to work on Mike Huckabee’s first failed Senatorial campaign, in 1992. Ah, youthful hope and enthusiasm. You see, back then I was still naively optimistic about the potential of saving America from breakup, through, gasp, Conservatism. Blame it on Ronald Reagan, who shook my hand when I was twelve and put silly thoughts in my head. Thoughts like “Constitution” and “Freedom”. Don’t worry, I feel a lot better, now. I know that the breakup is inevitable, and so I can more calmly sit back and enjoy the show.
At the start of 2016 Roper's name was listed as the VP for Bruce Kenneway of Maine, a former fellow activist with the Nationalist Party of America. It isn't clear if Roper's permission was obtained, since he didn't really appear to be involved in the electioneering. Kenneway's campaign webpage included a platform--

What actions I will take when President
1.) kosher food/goods tax will be sued in federal courts and all state courts. genetic-jews fund their religion Judaism and synogogues by violating federal anti-trust law thru embezzlement. rabbi goes to company blesses candy,soda,milk,bread,hard goods (plastic food wraps) etc;then manufacturer is required to send check to nearest rabbinical center,the company then passes this added cost onto us the consumers with higher food+goods prices at cash register.the genetic-jews then use the money to also fund PAC's which pay-off politicians to vote in favor of the genetic-jews deleterious to the majority of us social programs.we who worship other than Judaism must pull cash money from deep within our jeans pockets to fund our church whichs called tithing whichs HONEST.used to be in stores all kosher food+goods were kept in certain areas so we could avoid those products and not fund someone elses religion and the corruption of our politicians; and pay lower prices at the cash register.
2.) All sex-offenders will be imprisoned; including: Catholic Priests and rabbis
3.) Install Honest Transparent government
4.) Sue in federal court to stop dual citizenship
5.) Replace Supreme Court with: Thee twenty-three; a Roundtable of eleven White-Men and twelve White-Women
Overwhelming number of people who: founded, fought and died for, and built USA were White, And today the overwhelming majority who fight and die for and build USA are White
6.) creation of good jobs with great benefits, and the defense of our way of life as white people who founded the USA is my #1 priority

Presidents of OUR USA need not be dishonest and slickery (slippery/slick) in order to install laws which Presidents and their owners (ie: George soros, warren buffet, gates, limbaugh (slimebaugh, who stated that the deaths of children are no more important than the deaths of adults in our political decisions (that's insane)) etc) believe is best for US, the American people.
We, the American people know what's best for US and OUR FREEDOMS, and we will vote for changes in the law, retracting laws, or installing new laws. Federal and state judges will stop overruling what we the people vote for; that is the final straw toward revolution; when scumbag judges overrule the peoples vote, which has happened many times in California and all across our great land period

The Kenneway/Roper ticket did not seem to be registered as write-ins in any state.
Kenneway also ran for President in 2020 and is campaigning for 2024.
