The campaign:
Rachelle OneFamily Miller (formerly Rachelle J. Zalman) of College Park was a registered write-in candidate for President in the State of Maryland in 2000. Although not indicated in the formal papers, her running-mate was a man she called Hjalmer Wayne Erickson who was actually Jalmer Wayne Erickson of Wyoming, but everyone called him Wayne. She also said she had a Ph.D. in psychology, although the school and whether or not it was APA accredited was never mentioned. She does not appear to have been a licensed psychologist.
It also is not clear how much of a willing accomplice Erickson was in this campaign since there are apparently no official statements directly from him. It is also a mystery how Miller was associated with him in the first place.
Miller's writing style was dense and is basically what my college writing teacher Peter Elbow would call freewriting. One of the fascinating aspects of her campaign website was the mention of several other third party Presidential candidates who were also running shoestring campaigns mostly as write-ins. Here are some selections--
INTRODUCTION: "I AM WOMAN"
My name is Mrs. (Dr.) Rachelle OneFamily Miller. I am a woman with a doctorate in psychology and worldwide leadership in modes of thinking for healing, empowering and assisting intergenerational human families and communities. I am also very much a woman offering her service for our nation's Presidency in the upcoming November Millennial election without any exclusive party affiliation, on a ticket promoting gender balance, via intentional write-in. (I am also the pivotal woman simultaneously promoting other women and men as equal partners for the Executive where both male and female serve equally, exchanging the Pres/VP roles in the second term.) I affirm that it is the Millennial task of living generations to joyfully bring a woman and a man to Chief Executive leadership as clearly equal partners. Only the most Conventional among us think this is no longer possible. I know and believe it still is, and, because ALL our spirits are whole and timeless, there is plenty of time for this before November 7; indeed anytime! Would it take a "miracle"? Of course, but all people and the realities we share are themselves already miracles in progress, and our deeper awareness of this is growing daily. So, in fact, the moment has never been more perfect, for the good of all America and all humanity; (and the consequences of the lack of it may also never have been more dangerous on this our strong but also delicate and complexly balanced living earth reaching both technologically and spiritually for the moon and stars.) So, I am very seriously yet everso gently and lightly seizing the moment to help my sisters and brothers, candidates and voters alike

Start singin' "WE ARE FAMILY - HERE ARE ALL MY SISTERS AND ME", too, because I am highlighting the campaigns of other women write-ins, and linking them with write-in brothers wherever possible, to bring true gender balanced Millennial leadership to all our family, the American family, so important to our sisters and brothers around the world
Modern research has proven that women and men have subtle differences in leadership style which are complementary to each other, and both styles are important not only to raising vibrant children, but to leading successful management and empowerment of to productive and happy balance between homelife and work, social conscience and technical excellence and productivity. Noah knew that the world would not survive unless he and his wife, his children, and all life celebrated the necessity of the two genders to each other and together. His insight is even more important in our densely interconnected modern world where balance becomes even more necessary and important, and modern technology can flood over us as surely as a deluge if we do not heed the importance of each other, in balance, in the various contexts of life. Nation after modern nation in Europe are already discovering the importance of gender balance in leadership today, and the nations with the highest standards of living, as well as many others, have had both female and male leadership recently, and have developed high productivity while affording mothers and fathers alike the flexibility and cooperative' environment in which to raise the children of the 21st century. Shouldn't America join them, and let our ark on the tree of life do at least as well?
In that vein, Dr. OneFamily Miller has used some unusual techniques of reaching the public. In addition to traditional approaches of press release, she and her runningmate are relying on the Internet, and family surnames to organize her outreach to voters, who she views as each others relatives. She is asking voters she reaches to reach out of others on their surname branches of the tree of life that is America. "Democracy is an intergenerational matter, an interconnected community matter, and in that sense, a family matter. Mothers and fathers, and future potential mothers and fathers have to show that they understand that redeeming and delivering true democracy is a family task that makes all people sisters and brothers, and shows we care about our children and future generations as well as each other. It is impossible to sustain democracy unless all men and women work together as brothers and sisters in this essential mission for the practical and spiritually enlightened governance of our nation, and impact on the entire world. In the modern world, democracy is essential to sustaining the tree of life. If we accept pseudo elections and male-only tickets, we will find ourselves in a dying environment in which only male-corporate, artificial values like money (mammon) replace the real underpinnings of life and human spirit in community. Many of us are too smart, loving and caring to let that happen. Instead, we are bringing a new, simple enlightenment to the American people with our grass roots campaigns"

My current runningmate in this process of catalyzing change is a brave, gentle and daring man named Hjalmer Wayne Erickson and you can read more about him and other possibilities that are also seeking and evolving into a process of partnership with me, other candidates, and America, for their write-in tickets but the final gender balanced ticket that wins on November 7th will be up to you, the voters. I prefer that, in the final analysis, my male running mate on your first gender balanced team will be chosen by you, the voters, by the American people, by write-in (but I know your gender balanced first partner-leaders may well also be made available eventually on the ticket of a balloted existing party, that wishes to act as the public servant that will "adopt weallwin", as well). Thusnd, it will be because you have noticed my campaign empowers unselfish yet uniquely self-fulfilling leadership in each of the other candidates from ALL variety of parties, fully empowering them as people and human beings. For I already regard all these people -- candidates of ALL parties -- as heroes and heroines. I am willing to start out as Vice-President and become President in the second term, because I view the Pres and VP offices as equal and without real hierarchical difference spiritually in a true partner executive. However, because many people will still view this as evidence that a male is more "equal" than a female, I think it is slightly less optimal to start out that way, and can offer you a running mate who agrees with me even on such a fine point in demonstrating the true power of male self-confidence in our earth trek - next generation of your Chief Executive; we will both discuss this with the American people so as to help them overcome any last barrier in thinking about the essential qualities of leadership in a 21st century democracy. Again, my Executive Partner and I will exchange our Presidential/Vice-Presidential roles in our second elected term
I want to make it absolutely clear that all current major and third party candidates will have some important cooperative role in my administration. Indeed, if I am elected, even after I am elected, I will offer all these other candidates time to speak to the American people on issues of importance to them, as part of the integrative community model of my administration, and will also offer them high posts of leadership in which their unique strengths as people will best contribute to the team that will serve America in my and my partner's executive branch. Their views on important issues will be taken seriously, and I will enjoy engaging in ongoing public dialogue with them about plans and strategies to maximize the talents of humanity and resources of our earth in a manner in which they continue to win, and we all win. ABOUT THE GREEN AND NATURAL LAW PARTIES -
LEADING ACCESSIBLE POTENTIALS FOR BOTH GENDERS

for a woman Presidential Partner candidate for the Green Party, on May 7, at the Maryland Green delegate/State Convention.
for myself or other women at the Natural Law Party National Convention on August 31, and
Both of these experiences were wonderful and taught me a lot about how to approach the issue of gender balance within a historically residually male-dominated election cycle. My transformatory work will continue to focus purely on the Green and Natural Law parties, because I see them closest to the moment of wondrous, easy and effortless full balance in leadership, and because both these parties are seriously empowering wholistically-oriented women and men as equals and gentler, (more "feminine" but actually just) mutuality-oriented modes of change and awareness at all levels of society -- democracy, consensus-building and less hierarchical and thus more deep and internalized human empowerment appropriate to a highly technological, information-oriented society. Right now, the smaller gentler parties have the most to gain and the least to lose by being innovative in adopting full gender equality and looking upon any woman Presidential candidate as real and serious, so I am focussing my transformational efforts there. But if other parties large or small should happen to learn something good by watching me challenge/empower Natural Law and the Greens -- it couldn't hurt, right? At the moment, the Greens are still ahead of Natural Law on highest balloting of women, but the women of Natural Law and powerful women who are friends of this party may yet play a role in helping it catch up to its own deeper consciousness. If both these parties fully empowered the themes as well faces of gender balance, I could stop my transformatory campaigning - they'd be doing it for me, for all of us!
Regarding the Natural Law Convention, I did not succeed in "winning" their nomination for either myself or the other women I attempted to nominate, but I did succeed in helping all the people attending to think a little more about what it really means to "win", and this process is ongoing at Natural Law. Natural Law people are people who believe in "miracles and wonders" that make what was impossible possible, and appreciate the evocative leading of Marianne Williamson. As a community, they are being assisted by many great sisters including Lenora Fulani, Hazel Chandler, and Mary Mellen (Independence), and others who I had the pleasure to meet as they attended as either members or guests at that Convention where fine brothers John Hagelin and Nat Goldhaber were, for now at least, selected as standard bearers. Most striking in my perception is the great redemptive potential for a still possible gender balanced partnership with Lenora Fulani and John Hagelin, with Nat Goldhaber choosing instead to be either Secretary of State or Secretary of Education instead of VP. My only regret was that I did not have the opportunity to meet Laura Ticciati, who was ill -- may she recover soon, with new, even fuller power! In any case, Natural Law is a wonderful community, and will eventually transform the Russell Verney-Pat Mangia reformers toward much greater service than they have as yet conceived of for all American people, despite the fact that Natural Law seems to have been momentarily gobbled up by the Reform fu$ion. Natural Law and Fulani's CUIP can be mutually healing and empowering once they value complementary partnership via gender balance; and you should be cheering them on in that direction. But you should first celebrate about empowering the expanding human-nature-consciousness of the Greens, the other nature and community-empowering Party where I officially sought to empower women as full partners in leadership, and continue to do so by supporting, stimulating and catalyzing the campaign of our great sister Winona Laduke vis a vis our heroically democratic and indefatiguable great brother Ralph Nader. Ralph is a tireless modern Man of La Mancha with the genius to make any impossible dream possible, but can only do so if Winona seriously seizes the moment to truly be our first standing woman of the new millennium, something that she would become as soon as she announces that she and Ralph will exchange offices in their second term and are running as equal partners. Winona Laduke and Ralph Nader seen as equals remind us that a return to democracy is a return to the best in nature and the human mind. What a powerful alliance of intelligent forces - woman, man; people, earth. Do they not already lead others who perceive the potential for good here? The full gender balance potential of Laduke/Nader as full equals is one reason why this ticket has already picked up so much support even as a third party. But if it is to transform an election instead of just spoiling the votes of other good men, still more is needed here. That's where I come in with a gentle voice that is metaparty, asking the Green ticket to take just a few more unselfish steps, and make the gender balance of their ticket clearly seen as not an accident of friendship, but as an affirmative policy and the very emblem of millennial democracy and care for the earth. Until Mrs. Laduke can reach out with this theme clearly, especially to all American women of all and I mean ALL races- non-indigenous as much as indigenous, black, brown, white, yellow and of course, all green on a living planet, and speak it with overt celebration from her running mate, then this campaign, the weallwin campaign, will speak it for her, to her, and one day soon, we hope, with her. Winona, stand all the way up and say you know you are a fully Presidential partner leader for all women, or vote for me or another woman instead and be in my administration where all Americans win as equals, where we all win. By challenging and empowering these two already Millennial minded parties -- Natural Law and Green, and letting them glance periodically over their shoulder at my write-in campaign for empowering women as full Presidential equals to men, it is my belief I can indirectly improve and enliven human empowerment consciousness at all parties in a gentle ripple effect that greets millennial democracy like a gradual dawn of a new day. Let ALL candidates from all parties run this race as teammates, not as competitors. Let all the transformed converge together later, with the American people themselves, as we approach the spiritually expanding November 7th winner's circle. Anything and Everything Wonderful is Always Possible, because it's Always in All our Hearts. We Will All Win
ABOUT OTHER PARTIES
Some may want me to comment on the goings on at other third parties and the large parties; I am choosing NOT to and believe I can assist these other parties most by simply recognizing their and their candidates' and their female spouses and siblings great human potental and the universal human capacity for mutual, equal empowerment, love and transformation, and saying little else. Where I comment on parties at all, it will be about the Greens and Natural Law. Mostly I'll just offer myself and ideas, and compliment other candidates when their ideas and visions are similar or superior to mine. Mine will be the exact opposite of negative campaigning; I may challenge others, but only to empower them, Once they're fully empowered to model alternatives and have their full impact on all campaigns and the whole election, I hope to just as soon vote for many candidates as for myself and my male running mate! Who can argue with themes like Earth in the Balance and Points of Light? Who would want to? These phrases are deeply inspiring to all of us, and their authors deserve credit for uttering these words, at least. Any and all candidates deserve credit for the love and energy they have given for the people of their parties, and, potentially, all America. The highest power, the awesome loving force of the universe, has access to the hearts and minds of all candidates and their spouses
While I am quite willing, and I believe, (as impossible as it sounds) able to "win" in November; I don't care at all if I personally win or lose the election. Most people (but not all) will quickly conclude I have an absolute zero chance of "winning" anyway. That's fine with me, because my first and more important job is to empower/challenge other candidates already running as full and deeply capable conscious beings. What I care about is that all Americans, women alongside men, and girls and boys too young to vote but never too young to have a stake in this Millennial moment of our democracy; that all Americans, and all the world watching us, win. The essence of my campaign is to highlight the potential of democratic transformation from within each party, and empower each candidate as they move toward a greater understanding of the importance of gender balance for millennial leadership, so that all parties can redefine themselves in and coalesce in a shared mission. We each and all will exemplify the transcendant leadership of cooperation, offering America many very best possible of transformed choices, (instead of battle-worn conquerors left standing as winner-take-alls of a win-lose forced consciousness), when the blessed and empowered community of our nation, one person at a time, enters the voting booth on November 7.
No matter what party they originate from, I hope you will elect the best woman and man as your full partner president and vice-president, and look forward to them exchanging roles in their second term. By announcing myself initially as a write-in, I am freeing both myself and voters from a competitive, win-lose mode, and helping our nation enter a true win-win election, where party matters less and people matter more. George Washington felt that parties interfere with the relationship of direct interactivity of the people with their leaders, but perhaps, for a while in our history, parties were necessary. But now, in a fascinating process in which America will soon be freed to pick from a set of empowered people, and not party, we are, as a nation bursting free of momentary self-limitations of the biggest 2 parties, with a transitional and powerful third party movement, and moving quickly to real democracy in which the primary choice is a happy one among many heroic faces of real leadership all empowering each other, not hostile parties attacking each other. This process will bring us to transcendance in our political life; not biparty superficial civility, but metaparty deep harmony, worthy of the start of a new millennium. We will all make it
The only way to "win" in a dysfunctional domination oriented political environment is to not play the game, or to clearly demonstrate a spirit that transcends the game. To do this, one must be the exception that proves the rule and demand the moral right once in 225 years of not taking overly seriously our Conventional procedural barriers wherever they interfere with our democracy as a nation, but taking very seriously the spirit of the American people, my people, all our people, as ultimately, a community that deserves both feminine and masculine leadership as a team at the very highest level. It is my firm belief that if the election process does not accomplish that for America, the American community would be hurt by the result, and deprived of its own natural progress by a stifling male/money-domination process that never really deserved the name election, if that were the result. Yet I believe my work will catalyze a real election - it is not too late! In a seemingly magical natural and easy way, I have faith that every party will come to have gender balanced process and leadership prior to November 7th, with a wonderful result. We All Will Win.
I am working at a "meta-level"; a conceptual level that transcends party. I expect to attract most initial reaction (pro and con!) from the Natural Law and Green parties at first, because of the powerful yearning these parties already have for transformation, and empowering the strong but gentle feminine spirit along with the masculine, as nature does in the production and sustenance of every system of life. Many media, I think, and those most embedded in the conventional will choose to ignore me until they are more comfortable with the spirit of this shared dream of balance which I believe already exists within all of us. But I believe I will eventually receive the blessing of all parties, all people, all Americans, and I will cooperate with all these people by empowering a gentle presence on issues, especially issues as they relate systemically to gender balance, and assist the process of transcendance within each party and each candidate, while also running a write-in partnership campaign. As the campaign continues and the current male-hierarchical, non-partnership-explicit tickets begin to either falter or redeem themselves by redefining as gender balanced partnerships, I believe all people and parties will unite in a great and loving decision for November 7. I intend to finalize my write-in male VP running mate(s), likely an already well-known gentleman from any party or no party but most adept at balance, inclusion and gentle leadership, who also frees himself from unilateral party label sometime between now and November; I should let you know that privately, men are already coming forward, and I believe John Hagelin and Ralph Nader are watching this with interest, as it can only help them both for Americans to know how highly I regard them as possible running mates for any transformation-oriented, natural green thinking woman who is actively empowering other women for the highest level of service. (There's much I like about certain other major candidates, but they have women closer to them than me, and I just hope their lines of communication are open. At minimum, the major parties can promise NOW to have gender balance on tickets in the future, as soon as possible). I haved openly supported Winona Laduke and only hope she becomes more active as a result of my work; AND/OR I'm also willing to help another empowered female from the Green, Natural Law, Democratic, or very compassionate Republican, or other independent and loving party, coalition, or no party, to take my place on the write-in ticket as well as the ticket of any consensus coalition or self-transcending party if she is a more likely vote getter who fully meta-champions the power of gender balance, (although I feel my ideas of leadership are important, and will want to remain involved as a force in the election and in the Millennial administration.) In the coming days and weeks, you will see and hear positions on many issues, with this information available on our website. I will also make small statements available to press/public on a fairly regular basis. Although he will not be a candidate for the current election, my husband and a truly transcendantly heroic man and life partner, Andrew Miller, is supporting me technically, emotionally and spiritually in this effort. In the meantime and all the way through to November 7, the campaign will be low key, extremely low cost, but high quality and high cooperation by empowering others to make use of technology that is affordable and empowering to the common person. It will be a campaign of partnership not domination, and my gentleman running mate and I, taking turns by exchanging our offices with each other when our first term becomes our second term, will share leadership with each other because we understand we must model and lead the partnership and complementary dynamic of creative leadership, which is the heart of democracy within the women as well as the men of America. I believe that with this as the process and outcome of our election, WE ALL WIN.
My campaign is about more than reform, although it certainly is about campaign finance and election reform. It is about also democratic empowerment and human harmonius community and transformation. Having empowered male and female partnership and balance in the Executive is a part of this transformation. Madame President: Shattering the Glass Ceiling, the just released book of Eleanor Clift and Tom Brazaitis, and political commentary and satire everywhere, will not let the issue of gender balance in the Executive die down, even in this election cycle. Miller and Erickson are not seeking quantity of numbers of votes for themselves, but a Millennial QUALITY- 2 to 2000+ fully aware voters - who understand the central importance and spiritual power of gender balance in government for the New Millennium, But they expect these 2 to 2000+ votes to change everything, because the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and the emotional and spiritual power of gender balance is dynamic. And, says Miller, who actively advocates women in equal
presence on the Internet with men, "because of modern telecommunications, transformation becomes possible at the speed of light, especially during the last few days of our campaign season."
As in the Scandinavian countries, which offer voters multi-party, metaparty "smorgasbords" of lists to choose from instead of locking voters into political party labels in either primary or general elections, the WEALLWIN campaign is already drawing attention to several major write-in candidates with strong emphasis for gender
balance in the Chief Executive: Daniel J. Pearlman and his runningmate Alexandra Lorraine, and several women and men write-ins who have been cooperating to reach gender balance and can paired up by the voters who write them in as Presidential Partners; including but not limited to: Jeffrey Peters of We The People, Paula Elizabeth Bennett, Carmen Chimento, Millie Howard, Joe Shriner, Carlet Ward, Marsha Foutch, Temperance Lance Council, Quentin Colgan, and a growing list. Presidential Candidate OneFamily Miller has said her name can be paired by voters with any man running as a write-in, as his VP, as well, and Chimento, Erickson and possibly others are agreeing to availability to any female partner, as well as Rachelle. because they feel that while it is wonderful when partners find each other, it is equally important for voters to have the final say and match up the gender balanced combinations they like the best.
Spouses of the candidates, including Andy Miller, Barbara Erickson, Cici Peters, Liz Shriner, and others, and candidates' male and female children and parents, secretaries and assistants, are learning of each other and developing a sense of equal empowerment and kinship via the WE ALL WIN campaign. The campaign received vigorous support and cooperation of Anthony Michael Cohen, a major author and expert on the Underground Railroad, woman's suffrage history, and human rights, who is running symbolically as a candidate and has helped WEALLWIN bring the issue of gender balance and election reform to the UN and election commissions worldwide. Representatives of many women's and family organizations gathered at the recent World March of Women and Million Family marches greeted Miller enthusiastically.
The gender balance theme is not the only one that has brought these people and tickets to learn about each other and stay in touch as agents of change. All are also promoting campaign finance reform and encouraging voters to write the words "MONEY WAS NEVER SPEECH" either on the referendum section of their ballots, or on slips of paper they will hand to poll officials on election day. and they are asking voters to say "MONEY WAS NEVER SPEECH" as they turn in their ballots.
Both Miller and Erickson emphasize the importance of gender balance to obtaining leadership that will best safeguard families, vitalize peace and prevent war, avert environmental degradation and the misuse of technology and science, and stop the corruption of democracy by money. Erickson, an award winning safety engineer who has saved the lives of countless miners and now heads a prevention oriented center called LET OUR CHILDREN GROW states "We know that if given the opportunity to serve and lead our nation, we can get out of this mess that a single gender system has made of the political scene". Erickson likes to quote world famous explorer Norman Vaughn: "Dream Big and Dare to Fail" and Miller likes to wrote the Star Wars mantra of success beyond predictable odds "REMEMBER -THE FORCE IS WITH YOU".

Is Elizabeth Dole? We think that's pretty likely, no matter what she has to say in public.
WE ALL WIN is growing by leaps and bounds by hearts and minds. WILL EVERYONE EVENTUALLY LOVE THE CONCEPT AND JOIN IT?

It's hard to take too seriously someone whose political philosophy and writing style seems to come directly and wholly from the side of a bottle of Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap.
On Election Day Miller earned three votes in Maryland.
Shortly after the election Miller started spelling her name "Rajchelle OneFamily Miller" and began publishing a series of long essays on various Wordpress accounts.
In Apr. 2006 Miller in a state of disgust over US politics and culture, went to Canada to find work. She overstayed her welcome and she spent a few months in a Canadian prison as an illegal alien.
In 2012 she reflected on her 2000 run and subsequent elections, calling a boycott on voting:
It my belief that all the US "elections" including and since 2000 were rigged, and the actual losers claimed "victory", with the support of top party leaders of both parties and the Corporate Media, and the US, the most influential region of the world,has been without legitimately elected government since 2000, and has therefore not yet embarked on the New Millennium. It is my (and many others I am working with) belief that Boycott of the 2012 Pseudoelection is the only way to avoid Immanently Looming Planet-Earth-destroying catastrophes, wrought especially by the policies of the patriarchal/oligarchal 1%, who seem to not know that all they are gaining by their manipulations is the right to "die on top".
In 2016 Miller started a Youtube channel under the name TheArkEarthsz InBalance consisting a long lecture presentations but the project was short-lived.
