The Lucas Jessen campaign video was released Oct. 1, 2012. Lucas appears to be a high school student and is endorsed by fellow students (some of them in a restroom) and a couple adult authority figures. No platform was offered.
Don't know where this is but best guess is Indiana.
Needless to say, the Jessen/Stewart ticket would have faced some formidable legal obstacles in attaining office had they won the election.
