Something of a perennial candidate, Bruce E. Jaynes of Mount Vernon, Ohio has run for the US House, Governor, and the US Senate. He ran as a Democrat in the 1990s but later under the Libertarian banner. He had also been involved with Ross Perot's 1992 Presidential campaign.
Long before Internet became a household item, Jaynes had been interested in using technology to create a more direct link of the voters to the political decision-making process, thus making both of the major political parties obsolete. He carried this message into his 2016 Presidential campaign under the theme of "Collaborism," which was also the name of his corporation dedicated to creating the groundwork for such a system. The name was later changed to "Collaborative Conversation."

I am Bruce Jaynes, the architect of the Internet Age, Consumer Driven Government CDG (replacing the Stone Age Political Party System), using a new communication technology called Collaborative Conversation™. What is amazing (even for me) is how significant the benefits are; 1) The current value of high quality access is millions of dollars annually and now we can make it affordable for everyone, starting at less than a hundred of dollars per year depending on the number of goals you want to buy. 2) This is the big one as it creates and focuses more power to achieve any goal than humanity has ever seen before, in all of history.
This has been a 35-year effort. I have continued working on this project for two reasons:
I have seen firsthand how corrupt our Stone Age Political Party System is. If you want proof ask this simple question; why haven’t the Internet and technology lowered the cost and improved the quality of political service to the constituent? The answer is the political parties do not want to improve their service to the constituent. Rather they want to divide us like we are now in this election cycle, so they can control us. They continue to take away our rights and want us to be their slaves.
When Americans Unite to take back their constitutional birthright of having a voice and power over their government, through an Internet Age, CDG the greatest power humanity has ever seen will be available to all of us and we can usher in a new era of prosperity. An era where there is unlimited wealth and nothing is impossible. I have listed the steps here in this campaign that will get us there. The good news is: it is finally so simple everyone can understand it.

This is so much more than us taking back our birthright of controlling government; it is about Uniting the power of all Americans for common goals. New Compensation Plan for Elected Brokers: Straight Commission
Nothing is hidden and the motivation to serve the people is powerful. Elected Brokers first task is to pass legislation that changes their compensation to a straight commission when and only when they achieve our goals. Their motivation to pass this legislation; is to become one of the highest paid and most loved professions in our society. The legislation specifically allows for:
Being paid when they achieve a goal, on a per goal basis. There is no limit to the number of goals they can achieve for us. There is no compensation or other benefits after they leave office.
The Maximum limit that can be paid by anyone per goal is $100 dollars so no billionaire can buy our Elected Brokers. Compensation can be held in an escrow account to be released by the constituent when the goal is achieved.
Elected Brokers finances are public record for the remainder of their lives or until the constituency determines they are above reproach, so deals cannot be made to be paid after leaving office, such as a public speaking engagement
Elected Brokers in the first cycle of a Consumer Driven Government should take Absolute Accountability for passing this legislation.
Elected Brokers in the first cycle of a Consumer Driven Government may decide to take Absolute Accountability for achieving the stated goal. Failure to achieve a goal that an Elected Broker is responsible for achieving means the constituency has the right to vote for a severe penalty like jail time. It is the political equivalent of satisfaction guaranteed.
This is a voluntary decision on the part of the candidate to ensure that the constituency knows how serious the candidate is for achieving this goal. Absolute Accountability is needed at first because so many people have lost all trust of our elected officials who betrayed us by selling us out to the highest bidder. This is the excuse these people need to trust again. After the first cycle, Absolute Accountability will not be needed because the compensation plan will attract the best and brightest people, and they will become extremely creative in delivering great service to the constituency. It will be obvious that Elected Brokers are working to serve the constituency and are motivated to make money.

Here is a list of the questions I hear the most with our project and their answers:
The people are disenfranchised with the government, so it is not something they think about. They do not seek out having more power because they have been beaten down. They do not believe there is anything that can be done against the political parties. They have accepted that they are servants or slaves and will not even consider an alternative. We can easily understand why these people feel the way they do; they do not see the path of how to overcome the powerful system that is in place. It will be easy at some point for these people to throw off their chains because they are painful and troublesome to wear. When they realize they can be free and that there are incredible benefits of freedom they will be our greatest supporters.
There has been a dumbing down of our society. It can be argued that it has been deliberate through our school and college system, or it could be that we have so many distractions and wealth that we do not have to struggle with acquiring new knowledge and securing powerful principles in our lives. In any event, there is a great deal of misinformation and the idea of useful idiots seems to be a valid idea. I love the answer to this one, if the Internet and modern communication technology is anything, it is about helping people have access to information for which they can become educated. When there is a vested interest in acquiring information that will allow you to improve the quality of your life then they will learn as good consumers do learn. I have been so excited about this one because once all Americans are united around any specific goal we will raise the entire society up at light speed. It is even better because we will have all the experts in the group first so they can guide the rest of us to what knowledge is important to achieving the goal.
One objection that I have heard repeatedly is that they cannot believe that there are people who will serve the people delivering their goals. The level of cynicism is beyond anything I ever anticipated. My answer to this is very simple; there people smart enough to follow through in a straight commission basis and deliver what the bosses want, otherwise they will not get paid. In addition, as consumers we love those people who continually deliver the stuff we want. So, are there people who want to make a great deal of money and be loved? Yes, there is a great number of people who want these two things and I have found a great number of people who said they would love to be an Elected Broker. I have been surprised by the number. This is the least of the problems.
In the world that I have described above, what we are selling is a product that the richest people and possibly the brightest are spending millions of dollars annually to have political access. This political access is the ultimate pinnacle of consumerism. Yet, it may not occur to the average person that this is political service worth millions of dollars because they have not experienced it first hand and since they have not experienced the service, the idea of getting a service that is worth millions of dollars to someone else may not be worth hundreds of dollars to them. That is crazy because political service is about controlling and spending trillions of dollars. At some point the logic of how powerful and wonderful our product is will be apparent and everyone who loves to control and spend money will come on board.
One of the areas of concern is the area of cybercrime and hacking. Will our system be verifiable? The answer that I give is a belief that when 200 million Americans are united, we can find the approach and the solution. Here is vision of how we approach it: we should work to create a verifiable voting system from home that is over the Internet and at the same time is verifiable at the grass roots level. This means that we can produce a hard copy that many people are witnesses to that confirms or disputes the electronic number. This approach will allow us to see the abuses until we find the criminals who are working to violate our system.
It has been a long time since I have heard any new objections to this project. I have 35 years working on this project and in the event that someone phrases an objection in a new way, it usually takes me a couple minutes to be able to explain the solution. This is actually remarkable because of all the qualities that do not apply to me is quick wit, as I take time to think about things.

We are a powerful buying group when it comes to dealing with corporations
We are a powerful group of shareholders when we own the companies
We are a powerful group of members of organizations that make the world a better place. Isn’t it time we eliminate slavery, sexual exploitation, physical abuse and so many other barbaric sub human activities? We will have the power if we unite on these things.
