The campaign:

Rep. Ron Paul of Texas announced in May 2011 he was going to run for the Republican nomination for President. Along with Jesse Ventura and Ralph Nader, Paul has long been one of the contemporary voices outside the mainstream of politics that can excite a base. After he basically dropped out of the running many of his followers refused to give up the fight and ran him as a write-in candidate in several states.

In June 2011 Paul told Fox News he would consider Andrew Napolitano for the Supreme Court. "I really admire Judge Napolitano," Paul said, "I think he would be good in any administration. I think he'd be grand on the Supreme Court." A year later, Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson in an effort to gain Paul's supporters, said he too would consider appointing Napolitano to the Supreme Court.

Also in June 2011, Paul was questioned by journalist Alix Steel, "If you had to pick one running mate, dead or alive, who would it be?" Paul answered he had not "thought that through ... but I sure do like Judge Andrew Napolitano."

Napolitano is a former California Superior Court judge with a taste for the culture of paranoia and a thirst for publicity. Politically he appears to be libertarian but tempered with old-fashioned Catholic conservatism. He found a fan base through his appearances via various venues on Fox, where he described himself as "the Ayn Rand of Fox News." Considered a sanctimonious crank by his critics, Napolianto has some unorthodox views on the Constitution and American history in general. He has also embraced a number of conspiracy theories, most notably the 9/11 Truther movement.

The Paul/Napolitano ticket finished with 0.16% of the vote in California. Nationwide Paul had an impressive 26,204 (0.02%) votes as a write-in in states where his followers had him registered. Maine (where Mark D. Willis was his running-mate) was his highest percentage (0.28%) but the lion's share of popular votes were from California. Other Paul write-in results were: Vermont 0.24%, New Hampshire 0.19%, and Rhode Island 0.14%.

The campaign:

In Maine, Paul's name was registered on Sept. 24, 2012 by an Elector named Patrick Eisenhart. Mark Willis, who had been a Paul delegate and a member of the Republican National Committee from Maine, was listed as the running-mate. "Neither had any prior knowledge or had given their consent," Eisenhart told a columnist.

Willis said he had "nothing to do with it" and "I made the judgment call to just not do anything, keep it quiet, don't talk about it, don't draw attention to it."

In May 2012 Willis had been elected to the Republican National Committee and he also attended the national convention as a delegate for Ron Paul. The RNC disqualified the Paul delegates from Maine on technicalities and as a result most of the delegates from the Pine Tree State walked out of the convention.

The Paul/Willis ticket finished with 0.28% of the vote in Maine. Nationwide Paul had an impressive 26,204 (0.02%) votes as a write-in in states where his followers had him registered. Maine was his highest percentage. Other Paul write-in results were: Vermont 0.24%, New Hampshire 0.19%, California 0.16% (where his running-mate was Andrew Napolitano), and Rhode Island 0.14%.

In Jan. 2013 Willis made an unsuccessful longshot bid to unseat and replace RNC Chair Reince Priebus. Although the Paul/Willis ticket was an involuntary one, mainstream Republicans pointed to it in an effort to paint Willis as disloyal. The Republican Liberty Caucus endorsed Willis, who was also a member of the RLC himself.

Another anti-Priebus group endorsed Willis and included a little more about his politics--

Mark Willis is a strong proponent of restoring personal and economic liberty and freedom. He also advocates a limited federal government, and to that end, elimination of the TSA, the Departments of Education and Interior as well as the Environmental Protection Agency at the federal end and the Internal Revenue Service.

In Aug. 2013 Willis and a dozen others left the Republican Party stating in a letter, "We can no longer associate ourselves with a political party that goes out of its way to continually restrict our freedoms and liberties as well as reaching deeper and deeper into our wallets."

Mary Okorn-Jimenez, a journalist and freelance writer in Ohio, filed with the FEC rather late in the Presidential campaign season, Sept. 20, 2012. Although registered as an Independent, she was actually the nominee of the Free Energy Party.

Okorn-Jimenez indicated on Twitter Apr. 2011 she supported the organized effort to draft the ticket of Ron Paul and Jesse Ventura for the 2012 election. Her social media in that era made references to the "Global Elite," Bilderberg, and 911 Truther conspiracies.

Fate stepped in the form of Dave Parker, the founder of the FEP. In an extraordinary nominating procedure, Okorn-Jimenez was recruited on Facebook, May 15, 2012--

For instance, Cant say Aliens, or it will discredit free energy to the middle class even if there are aliens. The FEP running-mate was Parker himself, based in Texas. Earlier he had been known as David Parker Wise, a member of Jim Jones' Peoples Temple cult--

I was the original pastor of the Los Angeles Peoples Temple under Jim Jones for about five years. I was the only associate whom Jones allowed to appoint other pastors, as I did when I picked Hue Fortson. Jones placed a lot of trust for me. He and I even went down together to get our shots to go to Guyana.

However, as it turned out, I chose not go. I saw that Jones was losing his mind due to his abuse of amphetamines. After publicly announcing to a number of members of Peoples Temple that Jones had gotten into power trips and humiliation tactics, I was hunted down and told that he had taken out a contract on my life.

Over the years I paid a steep price for having gone up against Jim Jones, but Peoples Temple was only one experience in a very colorful life for me. It is all an education. I recommend that everyone realize that no one is all bad and no one is all good. We must go through life picking and choosing, keeping the good in life and pushing away the bad …. and learning from it all.

Some other Jim Jones connections in the world of third parties:

Jerry Leon Carroll, a modern perennial Presidential candidate, apparently lays claim to being the "mole" that exposed Jim Jones' People Temple cult.
Donald Leslie Cordell, another modern perennial Presidential candidate, had several close relatives die in the Jonestown tragedy.
James Gordon "Bo" Gritz (Populist Party nominee, 1992), a military figure at the time of the massacre  figures in some of the many conspiracy theories regarding the incident which seems fitting since he himself has been known to embrace his own brand of conjectures.
Mark Lane (VP for Freedom and Peace Party, etc.), an attorney who was present in Jonestown and said he hid in the woods during the incident. Like Gritz, Lane was a conspiracy theorist who also became a subject of conspiracy theories.

The main focus of the FEP is "Free Energy, Cures for Diseases, Organic Permaculture."

The FEP webpages (which seem to be numerous) make several claims and promises--

--We will use the machine against the machine. We have a legal structure that forces all investigators and harmful people to go back to their bosses and drop a manilla folder on the desk and say...the inventor is legally out of the loop...he assigned his IP over to a corporation and the stockholders are legally a secret in this particular state's corporations. --The FDA has been purchased by the chemical companies and is headed by a Poison company, Monsanto. The FDA is the enforcer in a disease industry. The chemical companies have a"Patent It or Kill It" philosophy.  Their enemy; Nature. The FDA tricks the public by allowing most anything that is bad for you.....but if it is good....declaring it an "Unapproved Drug" which will never be allowed approval.

--We need to be aware that just as with the 'contrived' scarcity over oil which helps enable the oil companies to get away with such behaviors as fracking and price gouging, the possibility exists that the scarcity in water discussed below may also be at least partially contrived. The huge corporations that are buying up the water rights all over the world and putting the fresh water in tiny single use bottles with very high prices certainly have a vested interest in helping people believe there is scarcity. The moisture in the air and the volume of rain is all fresh water. The Earth is 78% water, as is the human body. Limiting fresh water, used as a tool of scarcity for profit, results in more deaths than all wars put together from water borne pathogens that could be filtered dirt cheap. You can literally drink sewer water safely, through the right filter, and activated charcoal is virtually free to make but the nations of the earth are left in darkness.

--The American Constitution allots a right to bear arms. Although all of the murder and mayhem on American television seems mentally ill and violence seems overly rampant, Americans can not surrender their right to bear arms. I do believe, however, that the Free Energy Party should investigate reported Department of Defense funding of violent video games and television programs and I believe that this constitutes illegal Rico Act collusion and racketeering between the entertainment industry and a war over oil killing industry and further that it constitutes a corruption of the very soul and character of our nation.

--The system of free enterprise is not being practiced. It is being overrun by illegal monopoly. The constitution is being butchered. No one will vote for a communistic or major overthrow of the entire system. The changes made to a very well designed original system are illegal. People need to be found guilty and jailed in some instances. It is the wish of the George Soros Monopoly Communism sock puppet to overthrow everything so that Monopoly can start in on reaming you afresh. Instead we have to keep the constitution but follow it and jail the monopolists. The president gets his entire authority on swearing to uphold the constitution. Any law that is written that is in conflict of our original founding laws is illegal and needs to be struck down. That includes torture, the elimination of the habeous corpus, the NDAA , the Patriot act, etc.

--George Soros has created an Agenda 21 CO2 Democrat takeover climate change argument and David Koch has created a CO2 Republican Oil Company take over anti climate change argument. They are both Petro Chemical billionaires, go figure. However, since there are many pollutants from car exhaust and coal other than CO2, such as CO and carbon black, and actual HC or unburned fuel all while the trees are being wiped off the Earth.....let us look at Permaculture answers to environmental cleanup and lets switch to Free Energy and leave their "Heads they Win- Tails you loose" argument behind.

The FEP has not generated a lot of outside mainstream media attention but instead from conspiracy culture websites. At least one critic has pointed out the group is promoting vaporware and their medical claims of curing cancer and other diseases are pseudoscience.

The Okorn-Jimenez/Parker ticket did not seem to be on the ballot or registered in any state as a write-in, hence no votes were reported.

Parker filed with the FEC for President on Aug. 25, 2015 for the 2016 election. A Facebook entry in Sept. 2017 suggests Okorn was his running-mate in 2016 and/or 2020.

James Polin Gray

 

James Polin Gray, February 14, 1945 (Washington, D.C.) -

The campaign:

Gary Johnson was the former two-term Republican Governor of New Mexico (1995-2003) who was regarded as an economic conservative who cut the size of state government, vetoed more bills than most governors, and encouraged the privatization of prisons. One of his few planks that spilled over into the progressive spectrum was his belief in the legalization of marijuana. In the 2008 Presidential election Johnson supported Ron Paul.

Johnson announced he was a candidate for the Republican nomination for US President in Apr. 2011. Putting his energy into the New Hampshire primary, he did manage to participate in two major Republican debates, but found himself excluded from the bulk of these high-exposure events. When it was clear it wasn't going to happen for him, Johnson switched gears and in late Dec. 2011 switched tracks and became a candidate for the Libertarian Party nomination.

The Libertarian Party, unlike the two majors, has a system where a candidate selects their running-mate far ahead of the convention. These pre-convention tickets are not always nominated together, but at least the proposed team allows the delegates to make a more informed decision. The selection of a Vice-President reveals quite a bit about the potential nominee. In Apr. 2012 Johnson announced his VP was Jim Gray, a retired California Superior Court Judge and Libertarian Party member since 1998. Gray, another former Republican, had previously run as a Libertarian for the US House and US Senate. He was noteworthy for his critical opinion on US drug laws.

It wasn't the first time a far-Right recent Republican office holder had nabbed the Libertarian nomination. Ron Paul in 1988 and Bob Barr in 2008, former US House members, turned out to be carpetbaggers. Following their national adventure in the LP they both returned to the Republican Mother Ship. Johnson, unlike the other two, had actually held an executive position in government. Any worries in 2012 about him being a short-term opportunist have since been cast aside as Johnson remains a Libertarian to this day.

Johnson's detractors contended his support for pot legalization and gay marriage grabbed enough headlines to obscure some of his more stringent conservative views, especially with Gray on the ticket underlining the drug issue. They pointed out that Johnson's campaign team included several people associated with far Right conspiracy-minded causes and groups.

On the other hand, Johnson's view of pot legalization and gay marriage was indeed more topical and mainstream than most of those in the Big Two parties, as events since 2012 have shown. To those who were into these causes as single-issue voters, Johnson's Right-wing policies probably were not all that important.

On the ballot in 48 states + DC + a registered write-in in one, the Johnson/Gray ticket finished in third place nationally with best results in New Mexico (3.55%), Montana (2.93%), Alaska (2.46%) and Wyoming (2.14%). They cracked 1% in 23 additional states. It was the highest number of popular votes in the history of the LP's Presidential runs up to that time, and the second highest percentage.

Johnson would run again in 2016 but with a different running-mate.

The campaign:

The American Third Position Party (or A3P) was created in 2009 as a political venue for white nationalism. Historically the "third position" in 20th century Europe meant a rejection of Marxism and of mainstream traditional democracy capitalism while finding a third alternative, i.e. fascism.

The founders of the group included those with close ties to skinheads, Nazis, the KKK, Holocaust deniers, anti-Semites, League of American Patriots, and other white supremacist groups. In January 2012 the A3P nominated Merlin Miller for US President, described by the Southern Poverty Law Center as "an independent filmmaker and military veteran who has expressed dislike for interracial marriage and claimed that Hollywood is under 'Jewish-Zionist control.' He has written for the Holocaust-denying Barnes Review and the white nationalist Occidental Observer."

In Feb. 2012 the group Anonymous hacked into the A3P website. They uncovered working connections between the Party and Ron Paul, such as fundraising and organizing events. The documents revealed A3P leaders felt that Paul's mostly white, male, anti-government following would be fertile ground for recruitment.

In Sept. 2012 Miller met former Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and discussed the "Zionist-controlled media" in the US. According to Salon, Miller at that meeting "stated that he believes 9/11 was a Mossad-orchestrated event carried out with 'considerable inside help.'"

During the campaign Miller had been one of the candidates attempting to gain the nomination in the ill-fated Americans Elect project.

Miller's issues included--

-Eliminating the Federal Reserve
-Pulling out of NAFTA, GATT, and WTO
-Imposing strict tariffs
-"Tax dollars are aggressively collected from our people and funneled to so-called minorities, criminals, and persons unwilling to work. We will cut all programs that provide an incentive for people to be anything other than hard-working and productive."
-"The same schools that once taught our children the knowledge, skills, culture, and traditions necessary to maintain and enhance our nation are now controlled by social and cultural Marxists ...  We encourage a full curriculum of American History be taught. This will instill in our young people knowledge of and pride in the history, cultures and heritage of the pioneers of the U.S., and not the poisonous politically correct nonsense being fed to our children today."
-"Unfortunately, many white American men and women have misplaced their priorities: Individualism and hyper-materialism have become more important than family and community. Millions of our youth have been coerced into destructive Marxist politically correct philosophy through television, radio and print media. The exclusive groups that dominate these mass media outlets have methodically imposed a degenerate influence on our people. We must return to a strengthened family unit as the norm for society. We support traditional marriage. We must revitalize the sense of community in the U.S. that we had shared for two hundred years."
-Withdraw from the UN and NATO.
-Close military bases overseas.
-"Immigration. Enough is enough.

During the 1960’s, our immigration system was transformed to favor persons from Third World countries incapable of assimilating into any European homeland. If current demographic trends continue, our people will become a minority in America within only a few decades. We cannot let our children grow up in a nation that is fast becoming the Brazil of the Northern Hemisphere. The vast majority of immigrants, both legal and illegal, come from nations in Latin America, Asia and Africa lacking in education, science, art, law, governance or industrial achievements in any way comparable to ours. Numerous studies have confirmed that there is no net economic benefit to the U.S. economy from Third World immigration due to the added costs of education, infrastructure, health care, welfare programs and law enforcement.

    We will deport all illegal and criminal aliens.
    We will impose massive penalties for employing or assisting them.
    We will use the U.S. military for border security and build an impenetrable southern fence.
    We will immediately put an indefinite moratorium on all immigration.
    We will provide immigrants and their children who have become citizens since 1965 with generous grants to assist their voluntary return to their respective countries of origin.
    We will also eliminate birthright citizenship, chain migration and asylum."
-"A nation’s character is determined by its people – and racial demographics are a primary determinant. America’s founding fathers were European derived and this great country was settled and built through their efforts and that of their progeny. Less than 50 years ago our nation was still 90% White, with approximately 10% black, and a very small representation of other races. Since then we have been undermined by internationalists seeking to destroy the 'liberty, sovereignty, and identity' of America.

These changes have not led to utopia, as crime and discord have resulted, as well as our economic decline. American values, heritage, and even language are under massive assault and we are quickly degenerating from a predominantly White, Christian nation — which led the world by its positive example — to a third world “tower of Babel”. At our current rate of demographic change, an American born in 1965 (part of the 90% majority) will die at the modest age of 77, as a minority in their own country!

This is bizarre and not happening by accident. During the 20th century, socialist global elites hijacked American institutions and media, and began indoctrinating our people into accepting “cultural Marxism” and “political correctness” — complete with multiculturalism, miscegenation, radical feminism and unnatural characterizations. White people were made to feel “guilty” for past wrongs, real or imagined, and have been ruthlessly attacked for showing any pride in their race, traditions, or heritage.

A3P stands to protect White American interests, as no other political party has shown interest in doing. This does not make us racist, but protective of our rights – which every other race or group is encouraged and praised for doing. Discriminatory “affirmative action” programs and the invasion of illegal immigrants adversely affect the welfare of all Americans, but especially the White majority.

We hold no animosity to other races, languages, religions, or heritages — in fact, we respect their differences. Indeed, America’s Black citizens have also suffered from these vast changes in the traditional fabric of American society, as jobs have been taken by illegal immigrants, and drug use and crime have become epidemic.

The goal of A3P is therefore to restore the legitimacy of White identity and expressions of White interests. We want to stop the divisive, orchestrated destruction of America and restore her to greatness."
-"The American Third Position Party believes that government policy in the United States discriminates against white Americans, the majority population, and that white Americans need their own political party to fight this discrimination."

Miller had two running-mates, Virginia Abernethy of Tennessee and Harry Bertram of West Virginia. Abernethy seems to have been the official VP while Bertram was a stand-in.

At the same time Bertram was in the VP slot, he was also a A3P candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates. In addition to A3P, Bertram seems to have been deeply involved with the American Nationalist Union, later called the American Freedom Union, and was their candidate for the State House in 2018 according to his ballot listing. If anything, Bertram was even more outspoken and visceral in his white nationalism than Miller.

The SPLC described Bertram's 2012 legislative run--

He is running as a candidate of the American Third Position (A3P), a political party originally founded by racist skinheads in southern California in 2009 whose goals include deporting immigrants and placing the U.S. under white rule. The group’s mission statement claims that the U.S. government discriminates against white Americans and warns that whites will soon become a minority. In 2010, the group’s chairman, William Daniel Johnson, told the white nationalist “Political Cesspool” radio show that the foundation of the party is the “racial nationalist movement.” Nevertheless, Bertram dismisses the idea that the A3P is a racist party, insisting instead that it is merely “nationalist.” That’s a noteworthy claim, given that Bertram is listed as a “senior moderator” on WhiteNewsNow, a website run by Jamie Kelso, a longtime racist activist and former member of the neo-Nazi National Alliance. In addition, during his run for governor, Bertram released a television campaign ad in which he called himself “the voice for white American issues.” A3P chief Johnson’s proposed radio ad for Bertram — the text of which included, racist websites reported, “Vote Harry Bertram for Governor because we must secure a future for White America and our children” — was rejected by the West Virginia station he approached.

Miller's total popular vote was 2,713. The Miller/Abernethy ticket received the lion's share of the vote, 1,739, where they were on the ballot in Tennessee finishing 7th out of 7 (0.07%). They were also registered write-ins in Washington, which did not report vote totals for that category. The Miller/Bertram ticket could be found on the ballot in New Jersey (664) and Colorado (267) and were write-ins in Maryland (26). Bertram finished 11th out of the 11 candidates for that 2012 West Virginia House of Delegates election with 0.88% of the vote.

In Feb. 2013 the A3P changed their name to the American Freedom Party.

Looks like Miller made another try in 2016 under the newly formed American Eagle Party but failed to attain ballot status in any state. Meanwhile in that year, the American Freedom Party did nominate a ticket, but both individuals resigned their positions. The Party apparently experienced a civil war over the issue of whether or not to support Donald Trump.

The campaign:

The American Third Position Party (or A3P) was created in 2009 as a political venue for white nationalism. Historically the "third position" in 20th century Europe meant a rejection of Marxism and of mainstream traditional democracy capitalism while finding a third alternative, i.e. fascism.

The founders of the group included those with close ties to skinheads, Nazis, the KKK, Holocaust deniers, anti-Semites, League of American Patriots, and other white supremacist groups. In January 2012 the A3P nominated Merlin Miller for US President, described by the Southern Poverty Law Center as "an independent filmmaker and military veteran who has expressed dislike for interracial marriage and claimed that Hollywood is under 'Jewish-Zionist control.' He has written for the Holocaust-denying Barnes Review and the white nationalist Occidental Observer."

In Feb. 2012 the group Anonymous hacked into the A3P website. They uncovered working connections between the Party and Ron Paul, such as fundraising and organizing events. The documents revealed A3P leaders felt that Paul's mostly white, male, anti-government following would be fertile ground for recruitment.

In Sept. 2012 Miller met former Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and discussed the "Zionist-controlled media" in the US. According to Salon, Miller at that meeting "stated that he believes 9/11 was a Mossad-orchestrated event carried out with 'considerable inside help.'"

During the campaign Miller had been one of the candidates attempting to gain the nomination in the ill-fated Americans Elect project.

Miller's issues included--

-"Unfortunately, many white American men and women have misplaced their priorities: Individualism and hyper-materialism have become more important than family and community. We hold no animosity to other races, languages, religions, or heritages — in fact, we respect their differences. Miller had two running-mates, Virginia Abernethy of Tennessee and Harry Bertram of West Virginia. Abernethy seems to have been the official VP while Bertram was a stand-in.

The 78-year old Abernethy, a self-described "ethnic separatist" with a Ph.D. from Harvard who had last worked as a professor at Vanderbilt, added some academic dressing to the ticket.

As a professor emeritus of psychiatry and anthropology at Vanderbilt University, Virginia Abernethy pushes repugnant, race-based politics from behind an academic veneer. She has a long history of alliances with groups such as the racist political party American Third Position (renamed the American Freedom Party in 2013), and the white nationalist Council of Conservative Citizens (CCC). In addition, she was chairwoman in 2001 of the advisory board pushing Arizona's anti-immigrant Proposition 200, aka Protect Arizona Now.

It was only a matter of time before some obscure Presidential candidate appointed Jon Stewart, the host of the wildly popular political satire program The Daily Show as their running-mate. In 2012 it happened.

Charles Earl Harvey of Littleton, N.C. announced in a Mar. 3, 2011 Youtube that he was running for President of the United States and two days later indicated his choice for a running-mate was Jon Stewart. He also said in that week that Stephen Colbert was his selection for Press Secretary. In one video Harvey implied God was his campaign manager. On his campaign website Harvey listed former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, Rep. Cathy McMorris Rogers (R-WA), and Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) as other potential running-mates but Stewart seemed to have been first in line. There is no record I can find of any of these possible VPs responding to Mr. Harvey.

On his webpage [note: all following quotes are transcribed as written], Harvey wrote--

Stewart is very intelligent, and very politically aware both nationally and Globally. He could handle pressure at any level. And has more commonsense than 85% of those in Congress. Steward knows what is going on in America and the World and what should be done. We had one Comedian in the Oval Office for Two terms.

The Unknow man From The "Middle-Class," That can. The powers to be ("Upper-Class" and The "Big-Six"Media Corporations) refuseses to give any media coverage because he is not from the "Upper-Class." Think about it, a first "middle-class" President, from a tough life always picking himself up, and trying again and again, and accepts responsibilities for his actions, without blaming others. The "Upper-Class" would never want a man like Charles Harvey as president, his belief and values is best said by George Bernard Shaw, "I have to live for others and not for myself: that's "middle-class" morality."

Harvey's campaign attempted to use the Citizens Party of the United States (not related to Barry Commoner's party) but to little avail.

BUDGET

We need to cut defense spending by 50%, and NASA by 60% and stop the Billions of Dollars Politicians are spending on Pork/Ear-marks each year that is Billions and Billion of Dollars. 2011 Budget has over 6000 Ear-Marks well over $40 Billion Dollars. Also, we need to put a moratorium for 10 years of giving money to countries except for natural disasters. Never cut any programs that assist Americans in health, housing, food and employment.

BUSINESS AND LABOR

American businesses doing too much outsourcing jobs and manufacturing. GE is a good example of doing both and laying off American workers and did not even pay taxes on a 14 Billion Dollar profit.

CAPITAL PUNISHMENT

We say we want punishment, However! Putting a person killing a person by lethal injection is very short time of punishment. Punishment is a person live in a cage for the rest of his or hers life. If, I had a choice I would choose death over living life in a prison. Killing the criminal does not help the person they harmed. Many times we have killed innocent people.

CHINA

What’s the Question? They are financially better off than America, and we work for them by paying one million Dollars a day in interest alone on our loans from them.

CIVIL LIBERTIES

I believe The United States of America should concern themselves with these rights here in our own country and not the worlds. Believing Rights or freedoms given to the people by the First Amendment to the Constitution ...

We have the capabilities to developed an alternate fuel to substitute oil within 5 to 10 years. Oil Companies and a few hundred billionaires want us depended on oil. ENVIRONMENT

We should increase the minimum wage according to inflation. We give raises to middle and upper class that are not working for minimum wages why not to the people that are doing jobs many do not want to take.

We are on over kill over budget and need to work smarter.

Take a satellite look over all of North Korea, the lights are out. Then look at South Korea at night it is all bright. If they fire missiles then worry, mean while back to the USA problems.

PALESTINE ISSUES

I checked with Gods Bible, and it said his son use to hang out with Palestinians. I hear Both God and his son thinks they are human and deserve to live like humans, and share the Holy land. Maybe if God and his son made the North Pole Holly ice things would cool down.

POVERTY

We cannot fight poverty in American if politician spend billions of dollars every year on earmarks, as well has been over funding Defense and NASA for the last ten years; and giving money to other nations.

PRESCRITION DRUGS

We all know they are much do high and buying the price has to be high is for research has little merit. If American want to buy prescriptions drugs from Canada so be it. Do not go to China and Japan. American went to war against Japan, now we borrow from them only coming in second to China. America is loosing the economical war with China.

TAXES

Well taxes, at this time are lower that the 30% it was for the last ten years. But it is really not equally fair. When you think that 1% of the population has more money that 92% of the people, and 2% of the population make $200,000 to $250,000 a year, don’T you think they can pay maybe another 3% Remember 72% of the American population are middle class making under 50,000 a year. How about putting higher luxury taxes on all the very expensive things that only the rich and famous can afford.

TRADE ISSUES

Our Government caused the problem. We allowed too much outsourcing manufacturing. Then we import products made for American company back to the us that could have been made here in American by our workers and exporting our made product to other countries and American buying American made products. Right now Americans buy 9 out of 10 products made in other countries.

Note: I would like to stop all imports on all vehicles that use oil based fuel. You would see miracles in alternate fuels for vehicles. And American would become competitive.

Harvey listed what he considered 20 major problems with America and followed it with some interesting observations on his competition. He basically endorsed Obama for a second term as a backup plan--

The presidential candidates for 2012 are really a joke that I'm afraid that many take them serious. As a retired clinical therapists that spent years diagnosing and profiling people, I can see right through the candidates. I am not talking about the obvious dumb things they say, but their personality, strengths, and weaknesses.

Herman Cain
All about Him. Who does he admire? Himself. Supper-Ego. Out of touch. Thinks all black play the race card. If a person does not have a job it is their own fault. His knowledge base is Pizza, he even sings a song "imagine a world without Pizza. Cain speaks rhetorical *BS, what he thinks people want to hear. He has Two personalities. The one you see in the media, and the one you do not see. If he says something people do not like, he will say he was joking. Loves to live the high life and hang out with the "big dogs."

Mitt Romney
Mr. Flip Flop on many issues. He is like a Republican Flag that goes in the direction the wind is blowing. So out of touch with "middle-class" he has never ever been near a middle-class life. All talk. He is a man in a empty expensive suit. His favorite quote , " We live in the greatest country on earth" Send him the 20 things that are not so beautiful about America I listed above.

Michele Bachmann
Her strength is following, but she would need to be told how and what to do. .Not a leader. Thinks God makes Huricanes to get Americas attention. Thinks the earth is only a few thousand years old. She said, ''Carbon dioxide is portrayed as harmful. However there isn't even one study that can be produced that show that carbon dioxide is a harmful gas.'' She also said. "But we also know that the very founders that wrote those documents worked tirelessly until slavery was no more in the United States."That would make our founders living a very long time since they wrote those documents in 1776, and slavery officially ended in.1865, and they were not springs chickens at the time of the writing the Constitution.

Ron Paul
A very honest man, I respect, however! He has extstream and radical ideas on the function of Government. The people formed a government through election to guide and help America prosperous and safe. Not sure if any of the 20 problems I listed are on his list to do.

Gary Johnson.
A proven track record, Born in the "middle-class" and in touch with the people.

Jon Huntsman
From the rich and for the rich, I believe he would not change or solve any of the 20 problems listed above.

Newt Gingrich
Hangs with top Dogs, Loves media attention. Great giving lectures if you interpretor. "middle-class" can expect nothing from him from him.

President Obama.
Very presidential and intelligent and I think he would give us results in his second term. He has been blocked on all things to help the middle class from the Republicans. Obama only received backing from the Republicans if it was for the wealthy like, "Wall-Street. So less Republicans would help him accomplish more. If you do not pick me, then give him a second chance.

Harvey apparently did not gain ballot access or become a registered write-in in any state. It is unknown if Jon Stewart ever knew he was on this ticket.

The campaign:

Will Christensen, an Arizona/Utah-based Amway salesman and perennial candidate was the Presidential nominee of the Independent American Party. In Aug. 2012 he was selected by the Constitution Party in Oregon, which was not affiliated with the national party in that year. His running-mate was Ken Gibbs of Fresno, Calif.

Along with several other states, the Oregon Chapter of the Constitution Party disaffiliated with the national party in 2006 when the latter decided that abortion could be permitted in cases of incest, rape, or if the mother's life was at stake. That was apparently way too liberal for Oregon members, so off they split.

Once becoming aware at the level of bureaucratic red tape affecting his own industry, Ken did what any sensible American would do; He got involved. Too much government was choking the life from the very industry that provided the life’s work. That must be stopped. Ken reviewed the Republican Party that he had belonged to for decades and found they were not even on the same page he was. Ken left the Republican Party and went Independent. He also joined the Tea Party Patriots and made his voice heard.

Watching the many in-justices and gross mismanagements of our present government, he found this simply rubbed against all he grew up believing. “God and Country, and the American Way must still mean something to folks?” So Ken decided that he would have to roll up the sleeves and help fix it. Along with his fellow Patriots of the Independent American Party, it was time to change things for the better.

The IAP platform included--

The Secretary of Defense will have the assignment to bring our troops safely, but rapidly, home from foreign wars. This will save trillions of dollars per year.

The Secretary of Education will have the assignment to transfer all educational control to the states or respective school districts while phasing out the Department of Education. This will save billions per year.

The Secretary of State will have the assignment to shepherd bills through Congress to: Halt all foreign aid, which is little more than international welfare. Withdraw from the UN, NATO, SEATO, NAFTA, WTO, IMF, World Court, etc.

The Attorney General will have the assignment to determine which legislation passed in the last hundred years runs counter to the Second Amendment. These laws will not be enforced by the Executive Branch pending remedial action by Congress. The Director of the BATF&E will be directed to transfer to the states such functions which are not counter to the Second Amendment prior to the Department being abolished.

Drugs, alcohol, & tobacco are state issues. The federal war on drugs will be terminated.

The Patriot Act and the National Defense Act of 2012 (NDAA) are clearly outside of the Constitutional authority of Congress, therefore they will not be enforced pending removal by Congress.

Marriage is a state or local issue. We will not enforce law that is outside of the Constitutional authority of Congress to pass.

The IAP had a "Coat of Arms" badge system, where actual badges sort of like merit badges awarded in Boy Scouts, were used as an incentive/reward device depending how well the recipient was able to internalize the Party principles and then become an activist. They had names like the Proud Patriot Badge, Praying Patriot Badge, Impassioned Patriot Badge, and badges named after colonial revolutionaries. Leroy Saunders of Atlanta, Ga. filed with the FEC as an Independent for President in Dec. 2011.

Saunders grew up in Harlem and had a roller coaster young life as a drug trafficker, jail inmate, male stripper, and McDonalds fry cook to name just few roles he played. He earned a college degree and became an entrepreneur. In 2005 he and his wife moved to Atlanta where he started a limousine business.

By 2012 Jennifer Granholm was starting her post-elected office career, having served one term as Michigan's Attorney General and then two terms as Governor. She retired undefeated, well, except for the Saunders/Granholm ticket. Several months after Saunders had expressed a preference for her as his VP, Granholm became a nationwide figure when she delivered a no-holds-barred, fire and brimstone speech at the Democratic National Convention, raking the Republicans over the coals and praising President Obama's bailout of General Motors and Chrysler. It is probable she never knew she was considered for the job of Vice-President by Saunders.

Saunders was one of the contenders, albeit somewhat of an obscure one, for the Libertarian Party Presidential nomination. He was officially filed as an Independent with the FEC and it is unclear if he continued to run in that status after being unsuccessful in gaining the nod from the LP. In any event, the Saunders/Granholm ticket did not appear on any ballots or were registered write-ins. If they had emerged victorious on Election Day, Granholm's birth as a Canadian and the fact she did not become a U.S. citizen until she was an adult would have proven to have been a dealbreaker as far the Constitution was concerned.

Since leaving office, Granholm's name had surfaced for potential Cabinet positions or the US Supreme Court during Obama's second term. It might also happen in the upcoming Biden administration.

The campaign (Sandera) (2012, 2016):

Apparently unaware of Granholm's Canadian birth, or that he could not select a Vice-President after the election, Robert W. Sandera indicated the former Michigan Governor was his first choice for VP as well as Attorney General or a Supreme Court Justice. Like Saunders, Sandera was not on any ballots or registered as a write-in. The following was written in 2012 but remained mostly intact in 2016 for his later run--

Robert William Sandera born April 2.1959 is an American politician and a Federal Paralegal Law Specialist running as an Independent for President of the United States. Sandera has worked for Democrats and Republicans silently in the background of Government as an activist not charging any money for his services. He Began a Career in Law in Michigan in 1981 after hiring a Lawyer he felt ripped him off and did a poor job of any kind of representation etc. Sandera began to search law libraries reading Motion Procedures and learning how to file legal briefs. He was a Federal Law Specialist with extensive study and practice related to Stopping Crooked Politicians and Dirty Cops. As a friend to Fieger he voluntarily assisted in his Campaign for Governor of Michigan at the same time he Helped Jennifer Granholm to Become Attorney General of Michigan and eventually Governor of Michigan. He felt their expertise and presence was needed to maintain political balance of Michigan as he felt too many Crooked Politicians were getting away with murder from a Political lopsided State. He began over a 14 year long investigation of Michigan and the Federal Government.

Sandera was also faced with a huge lawsuit in the State of Michigan, probably one of the biggest in the State of Michigan in which he is the Plaintiff. Ripped off by ineffective inefficient representation of counsel he filed over 600 million dollars in Federal Litigation while suffering the effects of being tortured.. Two Major Internet Victory’s Acknowledged by Intel Corporation and Ford Motor Company Sandera was shocked over internet work and free ads he posted on yahoo.com He was later acknowledged by Detroit radio for his Design of a Search Engine Directory he built in Northern Michigan. He also gave a free web site to Michigan Jennifer Granholm who was elected State Attorney General and Eventually Two Term Governor before anybody even knew who she was. He did it because he admired her experience and integrity of Law and Honesty. Sandera felt bad because he knew Granholm was inheriting a Bankrupt State of Michigan that had been robbed by Cronyism and was about to crash in a National Collapse beyond anything she would ever be able to fix. He admired her though that she stayed tough and stuck to her word no matter how bad the Dirty Opposition tried to trick her into raising taxes etc.

He sincerely believes Jennifer Mulhorn Granholm is highly qualified to be a United States Supreme Court Justice, The United States Attorney General or may even ask her to be his Vice President for the United States if he wins the election of 2012 or 2016. HE feels she was taken advantage of by many bad Michgan Republicans but did work with and do the best she could with Good Republicans so demonstrates she can Govern or work with people Independently.

Sandera believes this is most important because America’s problems he says can only be solved by someone with his experience and non prejudice opinions administered independently. He claims this HAS TO BE DONE by someone pulling the Country together as Americans not a bunch of Republican, Conservative, Liberal, Democratic, Tea, Dirt bag, etc rhetoric. We all have to Unite as though we are in a world war because we are in a world war. Our World of the United States as a Caring and UNITED Country is being destroyed and dismantled piece by piece robbed, taken to China and India and other Countries are even talking about starting World war three. Sandera says World War Three would be caused by Wall Street causing World Starvation with their Unchristian Conduct and Speculation Games that have to be ended for National Security Reasons.

Internet Recognition by Intel Corporation and Ford Motor Company In 1996 Sandera was acknowledged by people working at Intel Corporation wanting him to build commercial Internet Shopping Carts one Click systems. Intel and Ford Motor Company recognized him as one of Americas Top Computer Scientist, CGI Perl Programmers, and Internet Marketers, It felt good to have someone from Intel call up and say “man you are the man” in regards to who to go to as to do real business on the internet. Later Pakistani Outsourcers and Chinese Woman in America engaged in what he calls Espionage drastically effected Sandera’s Programming work load. Ford practically begged him to move from Northern Michigan back to Detroit to work as a in House CGI Programmer designing, setting up, and troubleshooting their computer programs. Due to unknown medical issues at the time that were still being diagnosed Sandera felt bad but had to cordially decline and he didn’t want the company to know he was suffering having horrible medical problems. He worked for years from a recliner chair after a Police brutality Incident because he sent a woman some flowers. He’s writing a book on the story of being a Guardian Angel and nice person almost got him killed.

He offered to work for Ford part time privately out of a Service Truck as a Sub Contractor but they really needed a full time operator. Sandera would have loved to move back to the Motor City and have a great job again but couldn’t take working a full 40 hr week without resting. After 14 Years of pain and illness he was finally diagnosed with a large parathyroid tumor that almost killed him and because his medical care was obstructed by some Dirty Politicians he ended up losing his Stomach to Cancer caused as a result of the other problem. He Wished then he could have took that Job with Ford Motor Company but after watching the Movie 100 times with Cliff Robertson “Ford the Man the Machine” he devised a plan to systematically fix America first by stopping the original Job Cancer in Detroit. He came up with a way to sell tens of millions of American Cars rapidly that he will allow his engine to be licensed and produced in which will create over 100 million jobs. The beauty of the plan is its with money America already has but he wants the Good Guys like Toby Keith and Real Men of Country Music to hear his plan and step up with private investment dollars strictly defined how they will be used for American Car Manufacturers in DETROIT.

He was furious with the actions of Dick Cheney over the damage he had done to the Country giving misinformation about Unions and Michigan Automakers. To this Day he refers to him as an Evil Mafia Boss. Sandera has confided in a few people about his plan to fix America and the response was Holy Cow we have a thinker here that really has a plan and some new fresh ideas. Many elderly were excited willing to volunteer for him but he is taking things a little slow at this time.

He believes his services are needed and possesses far more experience than all the candidates combined and is working very hard to restudy Legal issues and Law and learn multiple foreign languages that may assist in world peace and ending Terrorism against the United States of America. He is also training in every aspect of how to be the Best President anyone could ever be to save the economy of the USA. He believes his skills make him a superior candidate for president because of his diverse training and skills. Sandera has a engine that gets over 100 MPG and says his plan to drive gas down to 1.25 per gallon and working with GM and Ford he can help provide a high mileage capable car to everyone in America and create over 100 million jobs the same way Henry Ford did.

Sandera examines Unions and says Most Americans should insist on Unions and encourage them to be partners working hand in hand with Businesses. Why Robert Sandera says everyone in America should support Unions and here’s why. If America examines our highest problem that destroyed Jobs and ruined the housing industry it would be outsourcing. Many poorer people paid subprime mortgages for over ten years till their jobs disappeared because of Pakistanis and Chinese and India etc outsourcing them working for nothing not contributing to the United States with Taxes and input like its citizens do. “Bill Capshaw is a relation to me that I am extremely proud of as a good Christian and retired International Leader for the UAW and General Motors says Sandera”. Looking up some of Bills History Back in the ninety’s records show the UAW was fighting to prevent outsourcing of America’s Jobs; the Unions are the largest group of people to do this. Yet Dick Cheney who I say destroyed so much that was good in this Country attacked Unions and had no right. People have now been wrongfully brainwashed against unions and its B.S. The Country is being dismantled because of these 1 percent elitist destroying what was right in this Country. None of these elitist plans are working for the Country or the major class of its people.

At Perkins we were non Union that went Union with the UAW. After we did we cleaned up drunken white collar workers at work that were a danger and threat to Blue Collar workers. Our Record as Most Companies and Ford will even tell you this our record as a Union shop produce high excesses of profits beyond the companies projections. Why because when workers feel more job secure with a contract and employment agreement and treated fairly they work their heart out for the company with pride as a Team Player and member of that Company. Ford stated how they created record billions in profits during the 90s before Cheney and Bush came in and did everything possible to drive gas prices up and destroy Unions. Ford even said their losses later were caused by not transferring over the station wagon industry over fast enough from the SUV industry. Yet Americans are bad mouthing Unions that are fighting for all Americans to have jobs on American soil its wrong and we need to tell the truth and stop it. We need to stop and if there are Union abuses, Union leaders need to make sure Unions work more closely with companies as to protect Jobs, protect product and protect company that we are all one big family.

The United States is one big family we were at record production and employment before we listened to the 1 percent, the Union Breakers like Cheney. Don’t buy into their rhetoric. Nobody belongs in another person’s job profession especially without ever working there and understanding the safety risk etc. Even though Perkins Engines was one of the best Jobs I have ever had and Loved I was almost killed their 3 times by falling chain fall hoist for no reason but company negligence. Without a Union I wouldn’t have been allowed to write up a safety report and others may have been killed.

Unions historically have shown company profits higher; workers pay higher, and also in State workers States like Ohio in Columbus have saved millions by proper negotiations and concessions working with the city instead of against it. Unfortunately due to hate speech people with a profit making agenda the public seems to think they’re going to save tax dollars by getting rid of Unions. The real question is how are you going to save when all your jobs are lost to other countries because you had no Unions or groups of people to fight them being outsourced and do you want your entire Country sold off to Foreigners? Unions are on the side of all common man. Accept the truth and get used to it. The 1 percent of elite that want them destroyed have tried to convince you otherwise. How good has your country responded since they have done this. Sandera is a Politician telling the TRUTH. Not Your Typical Greedy Politician: Sandera says he is a Godley Person that has beaten esophageal Cancer inside the stomach and as such Money is not the most important issue to him. “God Country and my fellow man mean the world to me and I plan on fighting for the benefit of all and serving my Country in a different way than the military”.

Sandera's Contribution to Fighting Cancer: Sandera coming close to death after a gastrectomy and Roux in Y Procedure suffered from a staph infection on a pic line one inch from his heart. In his fight to beat Cancer Living with a feeding tube and a spit fistula hole in his neck for two years before having his colon cut in an colon interposition operation attaching his new stomach he developed a B-12 treatment that he expects to be working with the Innovations dept of Cleveland Clinic to assist in marketing nationally. As President though I would use everything in my power by executive order or Presidential Signing Statement to end Chinese America from day one in office. This is the United States of America the greatest Country in the World and we need to start acting like it. If you can’t support it don’t want to pay taxes here don’t want to keep your money here don’t want to create jobs, don’t want to believe in your Government here then get the hell out.

I feel our Nation has become corrupted and out of control because people listen to people to hate radio people that are paid like 50 million or 138 million dollars a year. I wish people would stop the mind control and turn the Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hanity, Glen Beck, Ann Coulter, Sara Palin show OFF.

I want to know what people making less then millions of dollars a year believe these people have in common with them. I have the experience to know who does what in our Government and by the time I am done running for President I hope the rest of the Nation will as well. One thing for certain the world does NOT go around the way they think is does. Less Big Government cost the public almost 6 times as much in Cronyism.
